As a client I didn't understand where exactly with the general way she was saying lift this are, round this, etc etc. I told them I couldn't afford the quote and they asked me to apply for 2 separate loan applications. Which I did on the spot because they asked me to. Even after saying I couldn't afford to add anymore payments and loans to my monthly expenses. I insisted on doing areas one at a time and scheduled my first appt with a deposit left. A few days later I called to ask and go over what my treatment plan was (exact areas that would be treated ), in what way, with what filler types and what the maintenance would cost me and how often moving forward. She (Nataly) kept saying she was trustworthy and transparent but didn't answer my questions and rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next day. To be fair- On that call she did mention again very minimally some things but only because I continued to ask and explained it wasn't that I didn't trust her, but that wanted to keep track of what was being done to my face/ have a map of treated areas and know all of this to ensure I could maintenance the work I was going to pay a lot to have done. - she continued to push for me to trust her without having answered any of my questions . The next day I receive a text that they t ' canceled my appointment and they would not treat me, stating that I seemed uncertain. They did not offer to refund my deposit so I had to text back to ask them to do so. Really weird. I was excited to be treated here. The views were excellent the room was well decorated, organized, with breathtaking views and nothing like a hospital exam room. I was then introduced to Nikki H. my injector, who seemed very courteous and welcoming. She asked me specific questions regarding what were goals with tox and then asked if i'd make certain expressions with my face so she can make her analysis. Immediately after she had the NP Lovely come in and review the treatment we agreed on. Once she came, set up her kit, then proceeded to stick me while I was talking to the NP. Funny thing I didn't feel a thing and it was seemless. Once treatment was completed Nikki walked me to the reception to schedule a follow-up and was incredibly kind. This isn't my first rodeo so to have an injector handle the procedure so delicately for me not to notice while I was in mid discussion, was excellent. I had one of the most concerning medical/cosmetic experiences I have ever had at this clinic…read more My medical record contained multiple false and inaccurate statements, including conditions I do not have (such as "excessive hair on the forehead") and medications that were never prescribed, discussed, or explained to me. This is a serious issue and raises major concerns about the accuracy and integrity of patient records at this clinic. During my facial chemical peel, the procedure was performed by Salma Molina under the name of Gabriela Ortiz, PA-C. However, I was left alone in the room with Salma Molina during the procedure, without proper supervision. There was no appropriate protection for sensitive areas such as my eyes, lips (with semi-permanent lip blush), eyebrows (with microblading), or hairline. I was NOT informed about or offered any barrier ointment, and I was NOT asked if there were areas to avoid, despite the clinic later falsely claiming this in writing. The application technique was careless. The chemical solution was running into my hair, scalp, and down my neck, and I could even taste it during the procedure. I repeatedly expressed discomfort, and this was not properly addressed. Seven days later, I returned for an unrelated back peel and raised these concerns again. Salma Molina appeared surprised and stated that she "was not aware" of what had happened, which is extremely concerning. I filed a formal complaint, and the response from Practice Manager Matthew Ramirez was dismissive, inaccurate, and failed to address key concerns. There was no accountability, no apology, and no meaningful investigation into what occurred. Instead, the response appeared biased and focused on defending staff rather than addressing patient safety. Patients trust providers to deliver safe care, professionalism, and accurate medical documentation. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated the opposite. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before choosing this clinic.
