Well after shopping at every other carpet store across the city, we ended up back here for our purchase. The prices were comparable to other stores (less expensive than some of the stores catering to designers ), but the service was awesome. They are really passionate about the carpets and want to explain a lot to you about exactly what you're paying for when you buy the different types of carpets and the unique features of one style over another. They let us take a carpet home to make sure we liked it before committing, and they even delivered it on the spot by just carrying it over to our apartment! They do cleaning etc as well so I will definitely continue to get carpet related services here.

It's great that some people have had…read moregood experiences with them but mine was different: Our project was to remove water-damaged flooring and install new double-glued down hardwood in a two-bedroom condo apartment. The contractor they sent to complete the job was horrible. The final flooring that he rushed to deliver has so many bumps, gaps and glue marks everywhere. Of course, I contacted the company to see if the fix them. The owner, Aftab, showed up at our apartment himself. At first, he denied the bumps and glue marks but then agreed to fix one bump only. He left a glue remover and filler for us to remove glue marks and fill the gaps ourselves (how professional!) The area that they fixed became even worse than before. They visited two more times but couldn't make it any better. The last contractor told me that the first installer haven't done a good job leveling the concrete under. As a matter of fact, he had used a scraper to remove the old flooring and damaged the concrete and instead of using a self-lever before installing new flooring, he used cement to patch the damaged spots. Anyhow, we never paid the remaining 10% set aside for satisfaction but the damage to our apartment is well beyond that. We need to re-do the whole thing. I'm going to follow up the case in Ontario's small claim court and I know it is going to take a lot of my time but that's the path I have chosen. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, if you can. Or if you want to work with them, ask them to show you our apartment on Bayview and Sheppard (St. Gabriel Village buildings). I did told to Leila you would require 2 people to carry this big rug. She insisted that her driver is an expert on this kind of job. I said fine. When the driver Mohammed arrived he said that I had to help him to carry the rug into his van. I said am sorry I can not do that as I am a guy living with a disability. My carpet got returned to me damaged! It's very hard and stiff, the underneath is also all cracked. They say it not their fault, it's a defected rug. I told them I gave the rug to them without any damages and it came back with damages, they are trying to pull every excuse possible. Both my husband and I got no where with them. I asked them if I called the manufacture where I got the rug and got them to contact them so they could explain to them that the carpet that is defected, so hopeful they could do something about it. I'm sure I drove him crazy each and every time as it takes me forever to pick a fabric, but he's so patient and guides me along until I reduce the varibles down to a manageable number and ended up with the perfect fabric. Both my couches have curved backs and even with a very unforgiving fabric they looked great each time. He also changes out the legs and made them look much more modern. It's so great to completely trust the process and know you'll have a perfect job done.
