There also is a place upstairs, Da Fer Coffee and Tea that I didn't visit but advertises as having light dining fare but appears to close at 3pm so may or may not be a viable option. I believe The Highline opened a few months ago in August therefore there are still many vacant storefronts. But the architecture and exterior are of the building is beautiful with the warehouse features still exposed and embellished. Even the parking garage is amazingly clean and aesthetically pleasing with all the steel doors and columns! Right now, De Fer Coffee, Green Mountain Energy and Anytime Fitness exist in the building now. There are still multiple spaces and I'm excited to see what comes in the future. Architecture, views and design are 10/10.
