Jose and Teresa were kind, genuine, friendly, and incredibly professional. They were also super punctual, coming out the very next day on two separate occasions. Jose came to my property the same day I called both times, provided a fair and competitive quote, thoroughly explained the entire process, and answered all of my questions. He set everything up for the very next day, exactly as promised. Both of my large trees were removed from my backyard using a crane that lifted them over my house--an impressive and carefully executed process. An amazing crew of 6-8 highly skilled professionals arrived with trucks, a crane, and all the necessary equipment. They worked efficiently and safely, completed the job quickly, and even removed both stumps. I have to brag about their skill level. One of the trees was located in an extremely tight spot between two sheds and a fence, yet they removed it flawlessly without any damage. Cleanup was exceptional--they went above and beyond, leaving the area spotless. I was truly impressed by their attention to detail and how much they clearly care about their work and the final result. Every crew member was kind, professional, and hardworking.
