Paul. Is. Amazing. If you're looking for a driver while you're in the Napa area - Paul is your guy. He picked us up at the Inn we were staying at in St. Helena, and we spent the day on Spring mountain, at three different wineries. He ensured we were on time to start the day, called ahead to the second winery to ensure we could eat our lunch there, and delivered us to the third winery right on time. He popped up during our time at all three wineries at the most opportune time to take photos of us and catch some candids as well. The winery experiences were wonderful - but when you have a great driver to tell you stories about the area, places he goes and of course wine - it really makes the day that much better. We booked a whole package through Cultured Vine and spent the weekend with Paul (Perry's Tour). He was fantastic and made our weekend so memorable. From the moment he picked us up to the moment he dropped us off, we had an awesome time with him. He has a brand new Mercedes sprinter that had plenty of room (5 sets of golf clubs and luggage). Paul is your man in Napa. I'm so thankful I stumbled upon his website. He wasn't our driver since he was driving someone else. Rob his other guide took great care of us as he was our driver. He picked us up at our hotel in a very nice Lincoln Navigator. (They ride much nicer than Cadillac or Suburban SUVs) the car was clean and Rob was masked at all times. Even though we're vax'ed it gave us peace of mind. We started at Darioush which was our personal pick since my wife is Persian. Then it was basically his three other picks. We had lunch at a very small winery with the owner and his wife then two other small family owned vineyards. I mean where in the world will you find a tour company that doesn't just want to drive you around and rack up billable hours but wants to get you into small family owned family run vineyards. Paul was very concerned with providing a unique experience personalized to our tastes. I can't say enough nice things in a simple review. Just book your tour let Paul take care of the rest!!! This was by far the best decision I made. It was our first time to Napa. I was beyond excited when I was given the trip Christmas 2019 from my children. I was looking forward to a spring or summer trip then COVID hit. Like all of us my plans were put on hold. Then around Sept 2020 I decided I better make this happen because there was no end in site for back to normal, and it was coming up on a year and I had not enjoyed my gift. I have not traveled much in my life (the reason my kids were sending me). I had absolutely NO idea what to organize in Napa on a regular schedule let alone during a pandemic. I saw Paul's ad and figured I may as well get started figuring this out. I must say it was like chatting with an old friend. He asked about my interests and my experience with wine as well as that of my companion. He did not shy away from the task. I have NEVER done a formal tasting and my companion had not only tasted wines form all the world, but actually in countries all over the world and had his own collection. I was a bit intimidated. That did not last long. The conversation throughout the day was more then wine. Rest assured the day was beautiful. A personal and personable guide. Perry's Tours was absolutely the best way to visit Napa. My wife and I had been to Napa several time many (15+) years ago and just drove around and tried to do random tastings. We had fun, but basically visited the wineries we recognized from the grocery store. Now that we're all grown up, we had family coming out from the midwest to visit during COVID-19. We decided the "hunt and peck" tasting method probably wasn't in our best interest and we hit the jackpot with Paul. His communication with us was prompt.
