I needed two new stones so that they could match, which was very costly. Over a period of two years, I lost 4 stones because they kept falling out and every time I had them replaced, I had to buy new ones (emeralds). I always had to buy two at a time so that they would match. The service was HORRIBLE and I was told not to sleep with my wedding set on, etc. I had worn that wedding set for 20 years thru working in the medical field with gloves on and off constantly, and then bartending for 5 years with my hands constantly in water and NEVER had a problem - but according to the owner, losing the stones was my fault!
