If you are considering using them for tree cables --- I would look elsewhere. Here's why: December 2022: Cable breaks on large oak tree and is replaced by Mr. Falls Crew. March 2025: The same large oak tree was pruned to prevent the cables from breaking.  August 2025: The same cable breaks again. Foreman at Mr. Falls replaces it and apologized to us because he said the Falls crew that installed the cable in 12/2022 did it wrong, and that's why it broke.  February 2026: The same cable breaks again... for the third time in a span of less than 3.5 years.  Bear in mind that tree cables are supposed to last 20+ years. It's now June 2026 and we're still waiting for a Falls Tree crew to come out and fix it (after saying they would on at least three different occasions over the phone). If you're looking for tree cabling, you want a communicative company who can stand behind their work. After waiting 3+ months, it appears they do not.

The garage floor was so degraded in the front that it had cracked into several sections and the front edge had dropped several inches. They were able to level it out and it is still totally level. The steps had dropped away from the porch and tipped to one side. Their fix moved it up and returned it to three equal height steps, and the sidewalk sections have not been a trip hazard. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are now the envy of our neighbors, many of whom have gone out of their way to tell us how nice the driveway and walk now look. Joe was great about assessing what had happened to our concrete and came up with a solid plan for remediation and improvement. One of the issues we had was a poorly cut curb when the city put in the curbs years ago--it never aligned well with our apron, creating an awkward and bumpy approach into our driveway. Joe knew just what to do, fixing it so we now could enter the driveway smoothly. Our new front walk no longer is a hazard and Joe put a graceful, gradual rise from the drive to the front door that eliminated the need for a step. The patio is no longer sunken and is now where it should be in height from the back door. I couldn't say enough about the work and integrity of Joe Miceli. He stuck to the contract and did some beautiful work at what we feel was an incredibly fair price.

I am writing this review to share how poorly I was treated by Mueller Tree Service this past week…read moreat my home in Hudson, OH. On June 9, I contacted Mueller Tree and spoke with Tom McCartney, the Sales & Operations Manager. I requested an estimate because a dead tree needed to be removed before June 17, as it threatened my neighbor's yard. Tom visited my home while I was away and messaged me the price along with photos and a detailed job description. I messaged him back and agreed to the price. Tom said he would send a crew on Saturday, June 13, around 12:00 p.m., to cut down the tree, and he would come on Sunday, June 14, to grind the stump. My husband saw the Mueller truck drive by before noon on Saturday. They stopped for a few minutes and then drove off. I called Tom around 1:00 p.m. to ask when the workers would arrive. Tom said the workers went by and told him the price he had given me was too low. He also asked for the name of the other company and the price they gave me. I declined to answer, telling Tom I agreed to his price and that I had already informed the other tree service that I accepted Mueller Tree to remove the dead tree. Tom then told me that the crew had no more room in their truck for the tree parts on Saturday and might be able to come on Monday or Tuesday, but the price may be double what he originally quoted me. I said I had a detailed, written price from him and agreed, so I believe the contract was binding. Tom said he would call me again later that day, but he never did. I recently saw signs for Mueller Tree in my neighborhood and decided to call them. Tom McCartney mentioned they had worked in the Hudson area and my neighborhood for many years, so I felt confident I would get the right information. I agreed on his price. I have all of Tom's texts, as well as the contract he sent. His actions, as well as those of Mueller Tree, are unprofessional; their pricing is deceptive. As a consumer, I find this unacceptable.
