When I asked the staff member to have Dr. Biggs be present during my follow up, she said she would ensure that I would have the opportunity to talk to her, yet it didn't happen. When I brought the subject to Dr. Biggs, the physician that was supposed to be overseeing the care of her patients, I received a dismissive letter, essentially saying that according to the NM Medical Board, she is operating within her legal boundaries. If this in fact the case, this only exemplifies why NM is undergoing such poor national outcomes with respect to our healthcare outcomes. I plan on pursuing litigation against this practitioner to ensure this type of situation doesn't continue in this state any longer. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this self proclaimed medical clinic.
