Although the initial estimate and work (based on their professional recommendation) went well, it did not fix the problem. I paid close to $3000 for work that did not fix the problem. After contacting Perma-dry, they responded that they would work on the problem. Someone came to look and then said they would be back. They never did. I contacted the local office again and no one responded. After contacting head office, a very nice lady said someone would come by the end of the week. This also did not happen with no contact from the company. I just want an answer. At this point, I have to encourage anyone looking for professional and timely service to not use Perma-dry. read more
