Apparently these are the guys that Costco is using now.

It was late at night and raining/snowing so I found the number for Mr. Rooter online because they said they do emergencies. I gave them a call and they said they would follow up with me shortly. I wasn't feeling very confident that my problem was going to still get solved that night at that point. Much to my surprise, a really friendly plumber called Richard showed up a short time after. He solved the water problem in a manner of minutes, and showed me exactly what to do if the problem ever occurred again. My experience with this company and Richard was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When you're shopping for new flooring for your home, not only is quality, pricing and availability…read moreimportant; so is customer service! I will never shop anywhere else other than Taylor Flooring. I went into this store looking for some quotes on carpet. My cat tore up carpet in the home that I was renting and when my lease was up in the home, I had to replace the carpet. I shopped around for weeks looking for the right deal. I didn't want to invest too much money as it wasn't my home but at the same time, I wanted to get something equivalent to what she had. I went into the store and was blown away by the wonderful help I received. They helped match carpet almost identical to what was there previously and they also get me a wonderful deal. I ended up finding carpet and including the installation, it was only $600 compares to the other quotes of $1200+. I was so pleased with the service, quality and price, that I wrote a thank you letter to the owner expressing my satisfaction. I highly recommend this location!

They have a wide variety of floor styles to choose from, ranging from basic carpets, to ceramic tile, to classy hardwoods, to quality laminates that you'd swear were the real deal (LOVE the Armstrong brand laminate!!) There are quality floor options for virtually every price range. If you're dealing with any of the friendly staff, I highly recommend Michelle- not only is she great to talk to, she's great at providing interior design ideas (when I move in to my new place, I need to paint a few rooms- Michelle suggested beautiful wall colors that will coordinate with my new floors and countertops. Fab!!) Bottom line: for quality floors and quality service, stop by Taylor Flooring

A friend of mine recommended these guys. I got a quote from them and two oil companies to replace…read moremy outdoor furnace oil tank with an indoor tank; all three visited in person to assess the job. #1 was $800 more than Tankxperts. #2 was around the same price, but it was hard to tell because rather than tell me what I needed, they gave me the price for fill pipe as a price per linear foot - how much do I need? Who knows? #2 also required that I sign up for their (more expensive) oil delivery for a minimum of one year. They came out to visit and got the quote out to us faster than any of the three, and were ready to show up and get the job done within a week. The actual tank installation went smoothly - they proactively identified and solved problems regarding the location of the fill/vent line entering the house, and even adjusted some duct work to make room at no extra charge to me. The fill and vent pipes required several joins to work around the space, and lots of short pipe segments - which they took care of happily and cheerfully. They emptied and capped the old fuel line, removed and disposed of the old tank, replaced the filter, installed a Firematic valve, and in general did everything you would expect of a complete installation. They even offered to filter the old oil and put it in the new tank - something the others didn't want to do. (I had so little oil left it wasn't worth it). After installation, they walked us through the job, identified the features of the tank (leak detection, 25 year warranty, double-walled steel, etc.), gave us advice on basement storage, and so on. My oil company came and filled the tank and approved the installation, and everything is up and running. I suppose in 20 years I might find something I didn't like, but for right now I am very happy with the job done and would definitely recommend them!

The knowledgeable owner didn't know of anywhere locally that would have one. He suggested replating the item and went through old business cards and found a local electroplating company that may be able to replate it. He then remembered that he had a box of used brass plates. I dug through them and bought a few - $4.00 each; they worked perfectly on my door. Then I went back for a new door knob set to fit the new back plate. The service was cheerful professional and helpful. I'd certainly recommend them for any locksmith issues.
