We called 3 companies and were surprised by the level of neglect we received. No one was returning calls. We then came across Glenn Wright at Four Seasons Roofing. He responded immediately, came and had a look a day or two later and provided a quote on the spot. The contracting was clear, straightforward and responded exactly to what we needed. We were feeling good about our choice of companies. The crew arrived as planned, walked us through every step and helped us with some difficult choices. They were the most professional, efficient, friendly, accommodating crew I've ever encountered. The result was fantastic and there wasn't a sign of them having been there (other than the beautiful roof) - quite an accomplishment for a job as messy as replacing shingles. Glenn followed up to ensure we were happy with the work and approach of his crew. We absolutely were. This is a company you can bank on being trustworthy, fair and extraordinarily professional. In any event, I called their office and the person answering the phone took down my particulars, warning me it might be a day or two until Jules would be able to return the call. I hadn't heard back after a week. I called again, mentioned the earlier message, more particulars were taken and more sincere promise of a return call was given. Still no response. I called again a few weeks after that. Nothing! I called yet another time, voiced my frustration and was told Jules would be made aware that this was my fourth call, would take the matter very seriously and would definitely get in touch with me ASAP. Guess what?... I still haven't heard from him. The person who'd originally suggested we use J.L. Dufour was surprised and disappointed by our story. Its a shameful way to treat customers and a shameful way to run a business... and one has to think, reflects on the quality of the actual roofing work they do.

Both times their prices were very competitive, staff was professional (especially with clean up) and the work was outstanding. On the second visit, there was slight damage to about a 2 square foot piece of our lawn. My husband was sure he could fix it so no worries. But I did mention it to the accounting staff when I paid my bill - ONLY to let them know to tell staff to be a little more careful where equipment was being placed - no expectations of remediation. Within five minutes of that conversation, I rec'd a call from a lovely gentleman who told me if I could give him a week, he'd come out and repair the damage. Which he did - looks great. We really recommend this firm.

I contacted Kirby and he could not come that day, but indicated he could the next day between 2:30 -3:00pm. So I took time off work (docked time) to meet him. Not only did he not show up , he did not return any of my phone messages requesting him to let me know when he would be arriving. Subsequently, I waited around all evening. He has never called backed. While I cannot comment of his companies workmanship, his professionalism and customer relations skills are significantly lacking. I would never call them again or recommend them to anyone.
