Two months ago asked for a soil sample for pH #BALANCE never got it. The gentleman was here and he said he would do it. Giant patches of dead lawn! At one point, they had TWO riders on my lawn which again, is tiny! They never weed whipped nor blowed the clippings. It looked terrible for the price I was paying. They we're also supposed to mow my back yard, but "forget" every time but then still charged me for it. Because of all of these, I called & spoke with the owner who told me that they would no longer be cutting my lawn. The next week rolls around & they are cutting my grass which I told them I no longer wanted the service. American yards has terrible communication services and do not recommend to ANYONE!
