I subsequently received a letter from a lawyer for this company threatening all kinds of legal hell and damnation if I did not remove the review. I believe that in a lawsuit I would ultimately prevail as I also believe the facts are on my side, but the costs of litigating can be oppressive. So for the time being I have removed the original test of this review and photos, while I decide if it's worth the costs of getting my own lawyer involved. Ask yourself do you want to do business with a company that when they receive complaints and bad reviews, gets their lawyers involved rather than engaging with the customer to resolve the issue or posting their own side of the story for the public to see?

Their in-office customer support staff is awesome; polite, professional and friendly. We have been extremely satisfied with their work however, last year there was some turnover in the company and I wasn't really happy with the way the new guy cut my lawn. I do go out when I see them now and then and update anyone new the way we like it cut but we also offer waters, gatorade, etc. They do work hard. That's probably the only problem is trying to get the same people to cut it each week. And that it's sometimes hard to get ahold of Troy. hopefully he gets someone to answer his calls soon as I think that'll really help the business. He has reasonable prices too!

Brian has it all sorted by tree type....Cherry, Oak etc. No digging through a mixed pile of wood to pick out the good or specific pieces. His firewood is clean, healthy looking, and affordable. His lot is organized by wood types whether seasoned wood or fresh cut. Every piece is great! Brian always either answers his phone when we call, or calls us back within 24 hours. That is rare and wise business practice these days. We find Culbreth's to be organized, honest, clean, and affordable. It just doesn't get any better than that. Always worth the trip. Thank you Brian!
