    Just detail came through with a same day mobile service…read more I was fortunate to have auto detail service in my office building. Since we've been home for COVID I have been relying on drive thru car washes. One morning I had the bright idea to pick up sod...my car was a complete mess afterwards and I found a bug in the car...makes sense in hindsight but I didn't consider this when deciding to pick up the sod... I frantically called around to find a mobile detailer...there are plenty in ATL but there was a 50-50 change of rain so no one wanted to come...except Just Detail. Within about an hour my car was clean with no indication that I had hauled sod that morning. I was really appreciative of the same day service and willingness to come out despite the forecast...thankfully it did not rain...

My car looks essentially the same pre-and post "Cleaning ". I would hope for $200 that at least my car seats would be vacuumed thoroughly and it would have been wiped down well Instead I get in my car and there is still stains as well as the same gunk that was in the charging port, near the seat belt, on the dashboard, and other places photographed . When my dissatisfaction about the work was expressed I got no response. Terrible customer service, terrible detailing work . If I were you I would spend your money elsewhere because now I'm going to have to spend another couple hundred dollars to get my car actually professionally detailed.

    Their Machine damaged my car. I was going through the car wash as normal when I got to the end…read moretheir rollers malfunction and my car was sucked back into the wash backwards hitting another car so now I have two tiny holes in the back where my car collide it with someone else's license plate it wasn't a large impact, but I have damage. I did an incident report online. I was told to go to the facility to make an incident report and I did spoke to Teresa. Teresa told me that I was wrong and there was no way my car would've gone backwards unless I hit the reverse night. I saw the video my reverse lights are not on the lights that she saw where the lights from the facility those LED lights I had my phone in my hand and my feet took under me at the time. Her coworker told Teresa that I said that I put the car in reverse that is not what he said to me when it happened. He said the rollers malfunctioned and the car just started rolling backwards because it is a slight hump to get out so yeah the car is gonna roll backwards if it's in neutral while filing my report, Teresa showed me the video as I stated earlier once I finished the report she had already said it I'm gonna deny everything but she at first told me she will give me a copy of the video to show that I was wrong. I was not wrong and because she was argumentative and I finish filling out the report she said I can't give you a copy of it now he'll have to call you back in a few days and talk to you about it so I asked who is him and he who is going to call me back someone last name Hernandez well, we'll see if Mr. Hernandez calls me back because my car is smart enough to know if I put on the reverse they don't wanna admit damage of course, but it is their fault. she kept telling me I'm not gonna argue with you. I'm not gonna argue with you. I told her ma'am I am arguing with you. You Assumed because I am stern and black and you haven't heard the incident account from me that I am wrong and I'm am A black woman so I couldn't possibly be correct. I am upset about my car, but you automatically assumed when I walked in the door when I told you what happened that I caused the problem. Well, you automatically put someone on the defense when you point the blame at the customer I know what I did and I know what I did not do . I've been to car washes before . I want everybody to know what bad service this place provided for me and although I had to go through the car wash a second time and there was no incident I will never ever ever come back here and I will continue to rate them badly on every platform that is available and I hope that most people will stay away from this place. There are other car washes you can go to just don't patronize these people

    Very confusing experience for someone visiting the first time. When you enter you select your…read morepackage from the machine and pay, then drive around and you stay in your car and go through the wash, i had trouble lining up my car. .. very embarrassing. After the wash, I wasn't sure to turn left or right then I went to the drier area and I wasn't sure which lane to go to, nobody provided direction. One lady spoke and was friendly and the guy didn't say anything. I assumed i would go to the waiting room so that's what i did. While in the waiting room, I looked up and noticed the guy was waiving a ready sign. I had no idea I had to watch out for the sign. Overall too many stops and the wash was so so for the price. I definitely won't be back.
