No burgers, nothing special, just fries. People who ordered after us started getting their orders before us. After 20 min of waiting I went to ask the girl if they were preparing the fries, she ignored me. I decided not to make a scene and decided to wait a bit more. Only then did I see them starting to throw in some fries into the oil. After another 20 min I was fed up and walked up to the counter just as she was about to call my order number. I asked if she thought it was OK to make a customer wait for almost 45 min for fries. All I got was "well we have a lot of orders" no apology and no sign of politeness. The fries tasted good enough, but after that experience I am not planning on going there again. Especially when so many much much better competitors are around.

Every time I have been here, they have messed up my order. I customize my burger to not have ketchup and mustard. The burger I most recently received had all of the above. I paid the extra 50 cents for lettuce and it didn't have lettuce. I ordered chicken nuggets on the side and when I opened the bag on the train, there were no nuggets. It's always crowded at this location so you wait a long time for your food and when you finally get it, you want to leave. There is limited seating inside the location anyway; you pretty much have to leave. I won't be back.
