I couldn't taste the rub under the bbq sauce that they just put on it. They didn't even try to caramelize the BBQ sauce on the meat as you would on the grill for the last stage of preparing the meat. I have had dinner here a couple of times, but most recently I hosted my birthday dinner here. André was SO helpful. He was flexible with menus, made sure everyone: carnivores, omnivores, and vegetarians alike, who came were amply fed, and when I came in they had even decorated the table with balloons and streamers. So awesome! The food is incredible. I feel like as an American, I may not like my president, but I CAN judge great barbecue. Their BBQ is great. My favorite is the ribs.
