On 5/28 I emailed them for info...I was informed I could then come get my items. When I showed up I was told by a gentleman that he was about to mail my things...I asked why while he was removing the mailing tape and labels. I asked if I could get a discount for their mix-up...he stated no. After I walked out the store...a lady came after me and first stated some items were on back order. When I said then why was I not contacted...she then said the guy messed up and they had to just run and retrieve my package from the carrier and she would take off one of the Bitters I had ordered. Another lie, she refunded a vitamin that was less expensive...I reached out about it and she never replied to my email.
