This is not my first time at this location and it blows me away every time I've visited. Glossier just has a certain aesthetic and ambiance that is unbeatable. The staff is always so friendly and the products are amazing. I also love how they hand pick your products for you instead of you grabbing your own stuff, such a cute personal touch. Mostly curiosity and the constant ads on Pinterest had me searching out this location and popping in on a Sunday afternoon. I walked in and was surprised at the number of people in the store within an hour of opening on Sunday. The store layout is all about testers. You test items with the provided tester implements. They have a lot of lip gloss, balms and lipsticks and liners. There are also fragrance testers. Of course their goal is to get you to buy multiple items and the average cost per item is about $20. After a few minutes an associate came over to assist. She was very friendly and offered some suggestions because at that point I was not impressed with the offerings. Not anything particular, they don't have any colors or features you can't find in other products so I probably need to do research on the brand to figure out the hype. The associate was kind and I ended up buying a lip cream and a pair socks. With tax and all I probably spent right at $30. I'll post pics of the lip cream (G Suit in Shift) when I wear it but it's just a new brand not anything fancy. Probably not a return visit on the horizon but mostly because I honestly have no desire for a $24+ lip gloss habit. read more

There are so many incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff who will walk you through the process of trying the products, can help you color match, and help you place an order at the end of the visit. The products are also so reasonably priced and high quality. Dogs are allowed in the store too which is a plus. Loved it! read more

I'll be the first to admit, I'm the last person on the planet who should be reviewing a cosmetics store. I lather on baby Coppertone and an spf moisturizer then curl my lashes and apply a coat of whatever last drug store mascara I've had in my bathroom for months and top this off with some lip balm or Aquaphor... that being said - when I stumbled upon Glossier I was intrigued by the name and peeked through the window displays. I asked my son if we could go inside for just a moment so I can see what type of items they had. The store is gorgeous!!! I guess what caught my eye the most were the beautiful fresh flowers. Go figure! I do love fresh flowers ;) I am about those (: I tried some type of lip gloss and it was nice but I know myself, whenever I buy a lip gloss I never use it unless its some type of special occasion because my little booda butter lip balm just feels better in my opinion. Customer service was exceptional! If you know what Glossier is and buy these products you'll without a doubt want to pay this store a visit. Very lovely and I have a feeling from what I peeped, these products can be applied in a really beautiful natural way. read more

This was my first time in a Glossier store. I wasn't a Glossier girlie but since there's not many of these shops, I wanted to check it out. I had so much fun and it really felt like a girl's girl experience. The store is set up for you to touch, swatch, and sniff everything. I didn't feel rushed or pressured as I tried just about everything. There are plenty of employees to help but they aren't annoying or hovering. What's awesome is that everything felt clean and sanitary even though you're supposed to be trying all of the products. Because the area is small yet open and there's always employees nearby, I think fellow customers are more pressured to stay in line and not do anything gross. My favorite part was after you put in your order, it is brought out in a cute pink bag with your name on it which makes you feel like a kid getting a special treat. read more

The Glossier store in Atlanta lived up to all of the hype! It's clean and very organized. The concept is unique as there's only sample displays in the store. A staff member assists you by placing your order on an iPad and then you have to wait for your order to be fulfilled, which took about 5 minutes. The store is small and there's a few table that have identical products, which helps with the flow. The biggest plus - all of the samples are clean and you have to use disposable applicators in order to try the products. This typically isn't the norm in a makeup store! It is an unfortunate fact that I had not visited this store closer to when they opened. I was so excited that there would be a Glossier in my city, it took me a few years to actually walk through the doors. I came in near the end of the business day, so it was pretty quiet. I typically don't require a ton of in-store assistance but I appreciated the little questions I had that were answered by the associates. I ended up purchasing the trio set of balm dot com, due to losing a lip balm I had purchased at Sephora months ago. I also walked away with the Futuredew oil serum hybrid. I wouldn't say it's part of my regular routine, but when I do include it my skin looks very glowy! read more

I love everything about this store and I'm so glad they finally have a permanent store in ATL. Everyone was super friendly and approachable. They only have samples on the floor, and when you're ready to buy, approach one of the employees and they will place your order for you. I am so excited that Glossier finally has a storefront in Atlanta! Head over to the Ponce City Market area and you'll find a beautiful Glossier brick-and-mortar right in the middle of the outdoor shopping area. I went the weekend after their grand opening, and waited in a short, but fast-moving, line to get in. It didn't feel like a long wait though, because the sales associate that was letting people in was so much fun to talk to. I asked about her favorite items, so I knew what to look at when sampling a few items. The whole layout of the store is incredible, and user friendly. I felt like I was at an Apple Store, but for makeup. Super hygienic place to test out products, with so many different single-use testing instruments available to use and play with. I ended up purchasing a brow product and their perfume that went viral on social media. This place is the Apple Store of cosmetics. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my experience. The layout of the store is fantastic- each section of the store pretty much has all of the products, so there isn't horrible traffic within the store. This was the very first time I have ever been to a Glossier in person store, besides shopping from their online website, and I have to say I had a great first experience. The staff was very nice and helpful, the store was clean and it had a nice simplistic aesthetic, and it is located directly in Ponce City market, so after you shop you can get a bit to eat. I purchased the Glossier Pink hoodie and I am very pleased with the product! It has a nice pink fleece on the inside to keep you warm and cozy and then the outside is a beautiful mixture of bubblegum pink and baby pink, it's the perfect medium! I highly recommend coming to Glossier in Atlanta, they will not disappoint! read more
