This is a Tanger Mall, and although there are lots of deals to be found, you can find additional deals and discounts with the app. After a weekend in Memphis, I went to Southaven to find great deals. I stocked up on Columbia, PUMA, Nike, and Under Armour and even with the USD to CAD exchange rates, I still saved quite a bit of money. There are many stores to choose from, as well as coffee and food options, so that you can recharge and get more shopping done.

Much of what was out looked like it had been in the store for a while and my shopping experience was not improved by the sales team. There were three associates working the floor but I made my way to the back of the space before anyone acknowledged me in the near empty store. Also, as a former LOFT sales associate, I was shocked that none of them offered to start a fitting room for me while I walked throughout the store carrying dresses I eventually tried on. The dresses were cut poorly and didn't fit, which was a bummer, because I love LOFT. I probably wouldn't visit this location again... not that anyone in the store would notice if I was there or not.

Rather than open another register or have him wait until his wife was done shopping, I was left standing there. I waited more than 15 minutes to check out. This is like my second time going because I am more of an online shopper now, but when I went the other day I had to come back and leave a review. The customer service was immaculate. Each person that I encountered that day was pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. They event took out time to help me match items. Everyone was extremely kind. I felt good about making my purchase. Another thing I noticed about this location is the cleanliness of the store. Everything was laid out perfectly. Things were sorted out be color, item type, seasonal collections, etc. The clearance rack/section and everything were all in order. I loved it! As always, the value and quality of Tory Burch is why I am a loyal customer of the brand. I have had all of my pieces for years and they are all in tact. Even my "everyday" purse I wear is still in great shape after all these years. I bought a reversible belt and a pair of stud earrings. I'm loving it so far. Great store! I will definitely be back. They have new fragrances that I fell in love with while there.

No greeting and no acknowledgment despite being the only customers in the store. Seconds later, a white woman walked in and suddenly the entire staff came to life, loudly and enthusiastically welcoming her. The discriminatory difference in treatment was immediate, obvious, unacceptable. To the older black worker, don't insult me with half hearted compliments or offers to help after the fact. We noticed exactly how we were treated the moment we walked in. The damage was already done, and the message was loud and clear. If you're still comfortable treating Black customers like we're invisible until proven "worthy," you have no business working in customer service. We saw it. We felt it.

Like most other stores in this genre, Costless Outlets' products fall into two categories: A) really good deals B) stuff that makes me look at the price tag twice because it is full retail value. Good stuff they had when I went today: The deluxe Crock-Pot with digital timer for less than $30. Ink Cartridges for my printer, 3 for $25. 6 jumbo rolls of TP for $3.50. I take these and other purchases to the register, and ask the cashier, "So how long have you guys been here?" He says 4 years. Really? I had no idea. I've driven past it countless times. Based on the merchandise in stock today, I would assume at least 75% comes from Costco. Don't expect to find anything in particular- Enjoy the unexpected. I'll be back soon.

They are charging full price for everything and even the employees know it's crap! They have signs all over the place promoting buy one get one half off. Take notice that NO "CLASSIC COLORS" ARE INCLUDED IN THE SALE! That means you have to find an obscure ugly pair of Chuck's and then verify if they are on sale at the register. We had 4 pair of shoes for the kids and when we got to the register the cashier says "you know that these aren't part of the sale?". Nope, didn't know that... "I don't know why we do it like this" she says, "the classic ones don't have a sale". They aren't even sorted by what is on sale and what is not. I picked out a pretty cool t-shirt for myself that had "2 for $25" marked on the display. When ringing it up she informs me its $20 for one. I have to buy another to get the deal. There are 10-15 people behind us that had been waiting, like me, to get the hell out of there. I took the shirt, stepped close enough where I would not hit anyone, balled it up and throw it back at the display. It was a pretty decent shot actually. I am severely annoyed now. I hate shopping, wasting time, and especially wasting money. Now my wife, the Angel that she is, buys them without a pause because she is polite and considerate of others feelings. I, on the other hand, am not... I voice my disgust as she hurried me out of the store. I am unhappy with the end result but I do love my wife for keeping me chill sometimes. The moral is... Don't go here, especially with me!
