You don't feel like you're constantly being judged or watched like you often feel in the big gyms. There's no pressure here. Just come in and work out for yourself! And have fun too! I was so confused and angry as they could have said the same thing over the phone when I had called to enquire about the deal. I would have gone to some other gym. I had to pay $30 to use the facility. Such a bad customer service. The gym was good. They have good workout space and good locker room facilities including steam, sauna and hot tub. Steam and hot tub are cohead. So prepare to bring bathing suits. If the customer service was good, they would absolutely get higher rating.

From the start, the staff has been incredibly welcoming. Hannah gave me a full tour and took the time to explain how everything works, which made the transition to a new gym super easy. Jerrod has also been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I've needed anything. The gym itself is very clean, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded, which I really appreciate. I started with water aerobics, and in May I added EA Fit Club to challenge myself in a new way. In just 12 sessions, Eric Atherton has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of while making sure the workouts can be adapted to different fitness levels. As someone who's 6'2" and larger than anyone else in my classes, I appreciate that I can work at my own pace while still being challenged every single class. I've never felt like I didn't belong or that the space wasn't made for me. I'm currently down 55 pounds overall, and EA Fit Club has helped me build strength, confidence, and consistency. Believe me, after every workout my body lets me know I put in the work--but that's exactly why I keep coming back. Eric is encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in seeing everyone succeed. I've taken a couple of other classes at different locations and can honestly say that even though workouts may be similar at different locations it definitely matters finding the right location for you. The classes always start on time and there are different challenges you can participate in throughout the year to change things up. It's a fun workout and seeing your splat points and calories burned while you're working out definitely helps keep up the motivation!
