It's not the $45 $5 instant charge when I started of the $45 charge for May which I won't use but this is no way to treat customers. I stopped by but didn't get a tour since it was late. I did speak with Steve several times about my pain and history and what exactly we were going to do in the pool. We spoke several times and he was always professional, caring, honest and friendly. I'm planning on starting aquatic therapy before May. I can say I give Steve 5/5 after speaking with him. I'll post update after my first day of treatment.
