Even though there's a lot of patients waiting, the PA and the doctor takes their time with each patient. Not like other doctors who rush out within 3 minutes. At one point I was thinking amputating my legs that's how annoying the pain was. The paresthesia would wake me up at nights and it was almost impossible to fall asleep at nights because the pain was worst when I lay down. After the 4th session which was my last i felt 90-95% pain relief. Since then, only less than a week my pain is completely gone. I didn't need any pain meds just the exercises.

As I continued at home for one week with the video exercises using a La Cross small ball on my back, stretch bands to strengthen my shoulders and applying ice packs on my neck pain helped my neck pain to subside.
