At one point I was thinking amputating my legs that's how annoying the pain was. The paresthesia would wake me up at nights and it was almost impossible to fall asleep at nights because the pain was worst when I lay down. After the 4th session which was my last i felt 90-95% pain relief. Since then, only less than a week my pain is completely gone. I didn't need any pain meds just the exercises.

As I continued at home for one week with the video exercises using a La Cross small ball on my back, stretch bands to strengthen my shoulders and applying ice packs on my neck pain helped my neck pain to subside. I was…read moretrying to book an appointment for 30 minutes for a massage (which they offer) and then the lady who answered the phone was telling me to get the hour becuase she was not going to bring the girl who would do the massage only for 30 minutes. My question is then why do they offered 30 minutes for a massage if it would be a waste of time for the person. If they dont want to do the 30 minutes since its a waste of time then remove them from the services.

I just didn't get that level of intensity needed for me to get that "loose" feeling Im used to. The therapist said I should consider coming back more often. This was new to me since I've always walked away from deep tissues with a majority of my issues resolve (at a high price of pain during). It's usually a reset for my muscles and I don't feel like I got that. Price: 4/5. I found this business on Groupon and I think for that price the massage was of good value. The average retail price of 69$ for an hr is about average. Their message add ons were reasonably priced and for the cupping I got I felt 15$ was a great deal so they get bonus points for all their additional offerings. Would I go again: yes, although I may ask if they recommend a specific therapist for my specific issues and pain tolerance. It is a good business that is worth patronizing.

The prescribed treatments recommended by the staff at Terry Physical Therapy, the quality of care by the therapists there, and the attention to detail by the staff at all times have all been exceptional, and I am extremely grateful! I came in with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, along with lower back pain, and was really looking forward to some relief and relaxation. Instead, the session felt disorganized, unprofessional, and ultimately ineffective. The therapist spent the first 10 minutes engaging in small talk about my personal life, which I tried to politely steer away from so we could get started. She then brought the membership program, and although I wasn't interested, I casually asked the cost out of curiosity. At that point, she left the room to find out the price, told me to undress, and returned a few minutes later just to say it was $69/month. She then left the room again to get a heating pad for my back. I want to mention at this point that I have heating pads at home. I wanted a massage. By the time she finally began the massage, nearly 30 minutes had passed. I felt like she was intentionally stalling to give as little actual massage time as possible. Then she asked me what time the appointment started and it was really clear that it was intentional. When the massage finally started, she lightly rubbed my arms and legs with no real technique or focus. She cycled over those areas multiple times and barely addressed my shoulders, neck, or lower back the very reason I booked the session. She kept running her hand over the sheet like it was part of the massage. Even in the final few minutes, there was still no real pressure or method used. I left the appointment just as sore as when I arrived. I've been getting massages regularly for years, and this was by far the most ineffective experience I've ever had. It was exactly the opposite of what I wanted. It was not relaxing or tension relieving since I was so aggravated by the whole experience. I don't like complaining, but I felt compelled to say something so that others don't go through the same.

I cannot recommend this business unless they come around to a 21st century understanding of real cleanliness.
