It was clear that Jim and his team are professionals - the finished product was clean and well done, and obvious that time and care was taken to perform the work. The work involved removing unusable stone, replacing the lintel above a basement window, replacing and matching the stone with the wall, removing existing mortar, and re-pointing the entire wall. I'm absolutely 100% happy with the finished product. As for Jim, he was always responsive and available for any questions, sent photos as progress was made throughout the project (I'm remote), and was always a pleasure to work with. I contacted Jimmy at O'Neill and he came out on a Sunday to look at our house and go over some options. He emailed me an estimate the next day with several options. He recommend only repairing the right side of the house from the top of the windows down. Jimmy advised that the rest of the stone was in good shape. In his estimate he included repair the gaps around our windows and the door at the rear of our house. The option he recommend was the least expensive on his estimate. I appreciated Jimmy's honesty. He wasn't just out to make money. I accepted the estimate and the work started on a Friday. His masons were very professional and kept a very clean work area. My neighbors actually commented on how neat and friendly they were. They completed the work in (3) days. I was extremely impressed at the quality of their work. 4/13/23 I requested a quote for a new bay window and some stone work on our exterior. I was told…read morethat someone would be coming out at around 9:30 am- on a day we agreed upon. An hour past the appointment time, I contacted Campos and was told that the estimator would arrive "soon". The guy did finally show up and was pleasant. We got a quote of nearly 12,000 dollars and we have already spent 3,000 on the window itself. The quote was odd- just a bulk number- no break down of costs so really- we had no idea what we would have been paying for. Plus we were directed to choose stone from 2 sites- neither of which had pricing. Things that make you go "Hmmmmm. .." I requested a breakdown and was told I would get it- but I still have not. At this point I'm not interested. Added to our quote was a little "extra" regarding plywood- if plywood was needed- they would charge us 250.00 per sheet when we know the retail is only around 55$. I understand that the company needs to make money but that is quite a mark up at several hundred percent. As my husband put it- he was skeptical of the entire quote based on that alone. I'm sorry that we cannot do business. I don't doubt the work based on other reviews but I can't seem to get past even the first hurdle.

After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair.
