There I was, feeling productive and confident, when my car decided it had other plans. I turned the…read morekey... nothing. Not a sound. Not even a courtesy click. Just silence...pure, uncomfortable silence. At first, I tried optimism. Then logic. Then the classic move of turning the key again like it might suddenly change its mind. It did not (like a child digging in their heels). At this point, I accepted that my car had entered its "I'm tired and I quit" era. Cue roadside assistance....Alpha Roadside Services and Battery. Thankfully, help arrived before I had time to spiral into Googling "How to survive permanently stranded in your driveway." The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. Thanks to roadside assistance, my car is no longer staging protests, and I can once again go about my day pretending this never happened. Highly recommend Alpha Roadside Services and Battery... especially if your car enjoys surprise rebellion.

I hired Terrence Earls from "24 Hour Roadside Assistance" to repair and repaint my rims. He quoted…read more$150 per rim for a professional job--stripping the paint, fixing curb rash, and repainting with long-lasting gloss black paint. I paid $600 up front, I should have known when he wouldn't agree to half upfront half upon completion... What I got was my car taken for about 4 days and spray paint over damaged rims--no prep, no repairs, and not even the correct paint. The curb rash wasn't even touched. He gave me a fake shop location and dodged all accountability, telling me that he didn't want to mess up the wheels weight with metal filler... really... When I confronted him, he claimed he'd issue a partial refund and send someone later to gloss the rims properly--but I haven't heard from him since. No follow-up. No refund. Due to the deceptive practices and refusal to return my money, I'm currently exploring avenues to recover all of my money. I would not let him touch my car again with a 10 foot pole. Avoid this business at all costs. update to owners response: If it's not at all accurate what are those pictures... actually ridiculous. See you in court!

A few weeks ago, my husband accidentally sent him $690 through Zelle without realizing it. Once he noticed the mistake, he contacted him and politely asked for the money to be returned, but he refused. He constantly ignores phone calls or pretends he cannot hear him. On top of that, his service is poor and he is very rude. I would never recommend someone who keeps money that does not belong to them. By the way stop removing our reviews 0/10
