The oil changes are a GREAT price, and you get reward punches (after so many, you get a free one!). Another thing I love is that if I'm curious about the "why" of a repair, or how long can I make "x, y, or z" last, Pat is very realistic and up front with me. I called to have my car towed to an Auto Shop, and Thursday morning got a call saying "Your engine is totally shot, your engine was bone dry, and your vehicle is beyond repair." Thursday evening I opened my car garage, and saw the Valvoline oil filter, and all my car oil on my garage floor. When I called yesterday morning on April 17th, the manager seemed indifferent and uninterested in what I had to say, and told me he would call me back. It is now April 18th and I have not heard a word back yet. My car was perfectly fine, and now I have to make arrangements to get it towed to a junk yard. I am a nurse, and can not afford to be without a vehicle.

It can be tricky to turn around or move from one lane to another, especially when one car finishes before another and the next customer needs to switch lanes to be seen.

I drive a Ford Flex, why slam the trunk? Surprise, A $478 fix to my rear trunk, and they provided no solutions nor help. A simple oil change that came out to $500+, will not be using their services at all anymore.
