UPDATE: Nothing. No response, at all, from Corporate afterwards. Very disappointing. We found a new place. Short story: Trust has been broken, they totally upsell and push unneeded items to females. Never goi Full Story: A couple of years ago, we lived just up the street and went here regularly. I trusted them and NEVER felt like they treated me differently because I'm female. Never got upsold anything because they always told me the prices of things ahead of time. They were really honest and upfront. I didn't even have to ask, they just told me what everything was gonna cost before hand. And, if I asked about something, they'd often tell me it wasn't needed! I totally trusted this place. Unfortunately, that trust was broken today. What was going to be a routine oil change turned into $257 of totally unnecessary fluid checks and replacements. When I left, I called my husband (who'd been there earlier today getting an oil change in his car) and he was baffled and furious. Look, I admit I didn't ask the price- that's totally my fault. Caveat emptor. I'm disappointed because in the past, the mechanics always presented the price upfront. That didn't happen today. In the past, I never felt pressured to get a service and that's why we kept going back even after moving to the other side of town! Today, after thinking about what actually happened, I feel a little hoodwinked. He def shouldn't have been telling me that "manufacturers recommend" certain things when they don't. GM recommends a transmission fluid replacement after 100,000 miles. I'm at 43k. Of course, I didn't know that until now. I hate HATE jumping to conclusions, so I kinda hope they are just pushy salespeople to everyone, but knowing my husband had been there just an hour before and didn't have ONE extra service suggested to him tells me that I def experienced some very pricey sexist sales tactics. I'm reaching out to corporate and will post an update, if something gets resolved (refund or a promise for better training on not upselling to people who don't need it, especially females) But, I'm never going back. read more

When I was pulling in to the place, I was greeted by a nice young lady. When I pulled in I told them I needed an oil change but that it might be difficult to open my hood. I had also mentioned that i've had at least a half a dozen oil changes since the incident that made my hood the way it is. He told me he couldn't and wouldn't do it which was okay with me, but when I asked him how he thought I should go about it next, he then said I don't know, it's your car, fix it? People became demeaning very quickly when they were stumped about what to do with my car. Not to mention when I ask a question as to what to do with my vehicle at a place that works on cars, I get a very nasty answer. Won't be going back, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy read more

this place was my go to . until some how the oil cap came off a few days later ! everyone was pretty cool about helping me until I talked to the district manager . he was a real piece of work sounded like a 3 year old that dropped his sucker wouldn't help in any way and kept saying it's my fault . I recommend if you do have a problem do not go to corporate they are a joke . sad to say lost a costumer cause of one person . all I wanted was a right solution . thanks corporate manager you suck bad . read more

Quick service, was out in less than 10 minutes. Something deceitful about this place though. The early bird special knocks $5 off the price of an oil change, but then they add $5 for an extra can of oil. Also, they tried to get me to buy into a special buy one wiper blade, get a second free. Who only buys one wiper blade...a cyclops? Oh, and the ever persistent synthetic oil is better for your car line is just BS if you follow your regular recommended maintenance cycle. $35 seems too expensive for a simple no frills oil change, but if you are in a pinch for time and can say no to a barrage of questions, then it is OK. read more

Initially I pulled into the oil change place that was down the road and the employee was so rude to me so I immediately left and went to this place. Best service I've ever had for an oil change. The employees were so friendly and accommodating by wearing masks and keeping distance. I highly recommend getting an oil change here. read more
