PAC called us and told us they could come and fix our trailer right where it was. They hand everything they needed to fix. Let me tell you we loved hearing that! If you ever had to watch your stuff be loaded on a flat bed and drove down the interstate, you know how stressful it is. A half hour later we were cruising down the road. They said it was just easier to repair it by the road than it would be to tow it to the shop. They don't normal do this. $507 for both side of our bearings repacked, Thanks guys!

I had tried to plug the tire about ten miles down the road, but the only patch kit I was able to find was a dinky one that lasted all of that ten miles before blowing out and leaving me with a very flat tire. I pulled into the clinic and asked if there was any way that they could help out... unfortunately they could not officially help me due to insurance reasons (I was on a motorcycle, so this was totally expected). However, they did me a solid and handed me a truck gauge plug that I could attempt to fix the tire with myself... and that worked perfectly! They were able to inflate the tire (no insurance clashes there!) and I was on the road again. Again, all the work and risk was done by myself, but they really helped out with their knowledge! I was able to get to Biloxi, where I was able to find a dealer that could replace the tire (Just can't trust a plug completely... the whole way there I was constantly checking tire pressure, which is distracting!) the next day, and that is what I did. Again, my heartfelt gratitude to these guys for helping me out!
