I HIGHLY recommend Bonnsboro Computer for all your computer needs!…read more I have been taking my computer problems to Bonnsboro Computer for about 4 years now and I have found the technicians to be true experts when it comes to solving any computer problems, and doing so in a very timely manner and with the utmost personal compassion. The shop was initially owned by Lee Capps and he had the very talented Chris Wilson working with him. Both are men of the highest personal integrity and moral character. They are also genuinely compassionate and do their utmost to show high regard for each client's personal situation and needs. They are both not just "geeks", but "geeks with huge hearts" such as you will find nowhere else in the Lynchburg vicinity. The shop is now owned and operated by Chris Wilson, with Lee Capps helping out from time to time. Boonsboro Computer is a truly special place that you can trust with even your most heartfelt concerns and know that your needs will be attended to with the kind of concern that your best friend would show you. Sincerely, Jennifer J. Riddel

They took advantage of my 16 year old son who has Autism Spectrum Disorder, upsold him a $342 wedding band when all he we wanted was a Christmas ring for his girlfriend. He was told the wedding band could be used for anything, it didn't have to be a wedding band. When we tried to return the ring, the owner told us "he couldn't help the retard didn't know what he was getting" and refused to take the ring back unless we were exchanging it or getting store credit. This was the same day and the ring hadn't even been unwrapped. The store could have resold the ring without a loss. This was unreasonable and very unprofessional to use this type of language.
