Performance Muffler knew exactly what to do with it, but I wanted something different. I came in wanting a pair of Delta 40's and the removal of my stock mufflers. I wanted to do the whole process one step at a time so I don't have to undo anything unnecessarily. They heard me out and made recommendations. My thing was I didn't want my car too loud, but also wanted a deep tone and minimal in-cabin drone. I went with the Delta 40's and eventually removed all resonators. I came back again to change out my x-pipe connector with an h-pipe for that muscle car sound. I love it! What a great value. My SS is now the perfect volume, tone, and drone. Thanks again! I recently had exhaust work completed at Performance Muffler Shop (PMS) on my 69 Chevelle. I had several questions to identify the best course of action to make the exhaust quieter. The Manager, Joe was highly knowledgeable with 23 years of experience in this industry, so he was very capable with assisting me. He's not in this business to empty your pocket book, but to help customers accomplish their goal. In my difficult situation, it was a pleasure to work with a cool-headed pro that knows his craft well enough to tackle the most difficult exhaust system issues. Also, he's a working manager - not sitting around in the office completely disconnected from the work being accomplished. As for the exhaust technician, Tony that worked on my car - Top Notch! He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions competently and finished the work exactly as expected. My Chevelle has a very nice paint job and he protected it well, including respecting the other areas around the exhaust that could have been easily damaged while removing the headers. I waited at PMS while the work was being completed, so I believe Tony skipped lunch to abbreviate my wait. Subsequently, I gave his some cash I was so pleased with his work and how well he kept me informed of the progress - Awesome! Honorable mention goes to Whiskey, an adorable dog that loves to be petted hiding behind a counter in the customer waiting area. Lastly, the end outcome was affordable. Well i see i how they maintain 5 stars. I had a custom axle-back exhaust installed on my c6 corvette. They beat the prices of other shops and they had a great rating so that made it an easy choice. I spoke to Jordan on the phone and said they needed i believe a week or 2 advance notice to get me in. Once they had the car, it was in and out fast and sounds great. The real kicker here was they had already beat the other competitors prices, but when i went to pick it up he said it was $100 less than the quote and check in price! I was already happy with the agreed on price and i would have paid it. What my brain heard was "always bring your car to us, we do great work and have better prices." I am beyond happy to have gotten my muffler delete here. The guy that worked on my car (forgot his name) was so nice and attentive and took time to explain the whole process and recommended me what was best for my car on the long run, i recommend this place to everybody who wants to get a muffler delete as well as rear mufflers delete as it is only $150 for muffler delete and + $200 to also remove the rears muffler ! My car sounds so loud but yet so nice I only paid the $150 muffler delete on my 2022 Dodge charger RT and my car sounds so good on the streets/highway and as well with the remote start but if i wanted to make it louder i would have to remove the rear mufflers +$200 but i'm scared it might be toooo loud! Our Jaguars muffler had been making some rattling sounds so we took it to our mechanic, who deferred to a muffler place, stating maybe they could weld the hole in the muffler. Took it to Midas on Charleston/Hualapai and it makes sense why they have a 3.5. The gal at the desk was very friendly. When I returned to pick it up. They said that the hole was too big for them to weld. Basically told me to my face there was nothing they could do!!! They said I needed an entire new muffler & when I asked them if they could help me get one they told me I should call around. My son was with me and he felt they really didn't want to help us. Hubby called Performance, and they got him in the next day. We were thinking we were looking at $1000-2000 max to replace the muffler. Dropped off the car 9:30 AM and they called 11 AM stating it was done. This guy is smart and could've easily ripped us off because it is a Jaguar, but NOPE.... he cut out part of the muffler where the hole was and welded a new piece on. Only charged us $100. This!!!! This is how business should be. The owner was honest, and did not overcharge or rip us off. He didn't even know we own our own business, and we are big on honesty and fair pricing. Highly recommend this place for your muffler needs. They knocked out installing a new car back system and cold air intake in a few hours.

Can't say enough about how good a job they did on the exhaust system on my classic mustang. Just wanted to get a little more clearance since my car is lowered and their tech repositioned my entire exhaust so it fit properly and is way safer to drive now. Way more clearance too. These folks do a great job overall. I have used them for years and the job is always done right, fast and exact. I have a Jeep WJ that I added a Magnaflow exhaust cat back system. It was a bit too loud for extended trips. Joe reccomended a resonator added before the Muffler and was exactly what it needed to solve my noise issue. Turns out now my Jeep shifts better and the noticeable torque spike I had before the resonator has now broadened out and is more manageable off road in soft surface situations.
