I've never had any kind of musical training before--though I've always been a huge music fan--and I used to think I missed my chance by not starting as a kid. Louise has completely changed that mindset for me and shown me that it's truly never too late. I enjoy every single lesson. She has helped me learn how to actually use my voice, and I've noticed such a difference over time. I love the warm-ups--sometimes my voice feels weak when we start, but after a few exercises I feel strong, comfortable, and ready to sing. No matter what song or genre I choose, she can play it beautifully on the piano and guide me toward the right tone and technique. She has an incredible ear for music and is clearly so talented. I was nervous starting out, but Louise immediately made me feel at ease. It's a complete no-judgment zone. She has helped me to discover my voice and my abilities in music. Yes there are different bundles to sign up. It took me a while of practicing and feeling comfortable at first I thought I was not going to be successful. But now I can drum and sing at the same time. I'm getting better with tempo, beats and timing includes rhythm. I will probably end up with all her classes. She does have retreats which I do hope to attend one day. But now I'm writing songs and practicing makes perfect. It all comes together and yes sometimes it doesn't make sense. But keep at it and it will come through your body and voice.

Her voice is beautiful and she is a talented artist but does not seem to have a lot of integrity.

I spoke to the customer service at headquarters- who was amazing - and said they consider floor models to be new instruments despite all the hands that have handled it, scratched and dents. I originally gave this 1 star but I changed to 3 star because customer service fixed the issue. They sent us a brand new guitar from the warehouse just as we had asked for in the first place. Be aware if you order and it's back ordered or not in stock at the time, you might get a floor model. Except for the back and forth and the hassle of having to return the instrument, I would still shop here.
