Jeremy and the guys hopped right up and checked out the damage. He informed me it would be no problem at all. They pulled the truck into the shop and we reached out to the insurance company. It was super fast and they walked me through the steps with insurance. Which I had no idea that insurance even covered rock chips. We got the insurance claim number right about the same time they were finishing up the repair. The whole process was great and I really appreciate businesses like Mobility! I hope I don't have to use them again obviously, but if I do I know it will be a great experience!

High quality at a great price! This was my first time dealing with Safelite, and I highly recommend them to anyone shopping around for the best deal. The entire exchange was about 45mins. Talked to Detroit, who shot straight with me from the get-go. He said that the crack was too far gone and would keep spreading, no matter what we did. Told me to come see him when I was ready and that he'd give me a fair price when I did. Fast-forward about 1 week, and that crack had spread clear across my windshield (just as they had predicted!). I knew it was time to do a replacement. Even though I live on the North Shore, I came down to Gentilly to get the repair done because I had appreciated them being up-front and honest with me. I called ahead, gave them my VIN #, and asked if they had my windshield in stock (which they did). Drove over to their shop (not a flashy place; no bells & whistles; what you see is what you get). Sat in the shop while Dante replaced my windshield. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. New windshield looks great, and the price I paid is the one I was quoted (which was very reasonable). Service was extremely polite and professional from start to finish. No frills at all, but make no mistake. These guys clearly know what the heck they're doing over there!
