He explained the repair and gave me the lowest estimate of any of the 4 other body shops I went to. Scheduled the repair for the following week which required 4 days in the shop. Something urgent came up and I requested if 3 days were possible to complete it. He said he'd do his best. On the 3 rd day he had it done and as "topping on the cake" he said the charge was $40 less than the estimate. Will is an incredibly noble and honorable craftsman who gives a personal connection that thee customer will never get at the big national body shop chains. If anyone is looking for a personal, professional body repair look no further then Tilton auto body.

It was noticed that the door alignment was off due to the passenger door had a new skin put on it to correct the body damage as a result of the incident. Chris the owner had his mechanic take the car in an attempt to rectify the situation. 10 minutes later the car was returned with an adjustment being made after a week it was noticed that there was possible movement . A call to chris led to an appointment being made 2 weeks hence at 11:00 am where the situation would be addressed and a check for $100.00 would be issued to cover the additional detailers fee of 4 weeks prior at approx 10;00 am on the 16th of april a message was received that the mechanic who was suppose to readjust the door had called out sick. with that I showed up at 11;00 am to pick up the check that had taken approx 3 weeks to issue due to the accountant not being in attendance. I then told Chris the I would not be returning the vehicle for any adjustments or claims about their Lifetime warranty on repairs. We took our SUV to CarToyz because the hood and roof had become dull after of going through so many car washes using brushes and harsh detergents combined with UV. Our vehicle was returned in worse shape than when we brought it in! When we dropped off our SUV, the hood was dull had minor scratches, but not it was not excessively scratched, color was consistently green, but dull. What Distinctive CarToyz returned to us was excessive scratch marks carved in the front hood and the green color removed/gone (see the photos). They also managed to remove the paint finish around the ignition switch. The interior of the car smelled like they had spilled an entire bottle of Windex inside. Clearly, the job was not in the wheelhouse. To add insult to injury they removed the car dealership decal on the back and put on their own Distinctive CarToyz business frame (see photo) around the back license plate. Blatantly corrupt to have people think we purchased our Tahoe from them and not from a reputable dealership. They are any but reputable. We took our SUV to our car dealer and for only a couple hundred dollars more than what CarToyz charged us ($1,500), Bennett Chevrolet made our SUV look brand new!

As a former New Yorker, I have... trust issues when it comes to mechanics…read more I can happily say Pinehawk is a great shop. I've relied on them 7 years without complaint. Quality work, thorough, quick, honest: that's not how I'm used to describing mechanics. Pricing is competitive for the region. They price parts & estimate labor for you beforehand, so you can get a second opinion or check prices elsewhere. Not once have they charged me more for parts than what I could find online. They offer refurbished or salvaged parts (if they can find them available) and they'll also use parts you bring in yourself. If, like me, you can't always afford all your repairs, they'll tell you what needs fixing immediately, what can wait, and what's optional. They're always up-to-date with TSB's. One time, my dead battery had, unbeknownst to me, actually been recalled. They got a free replacement from the manufacturer - and didn't even charge for the installation. Side note: They have a massive lot! I've never been charged for picking my car up a few days late. Finally, customer service is much better since Jamie started working the front desk. I do miss Ed though, the old guy who ran the place, but I think his son took over, so I'm not too worried about it going downhill.

Shine Pro EHT is truly a hidden gem. I've driven past their spot on Black Horse Pike so many times…read moreand never realized what a great shop it is -- now I'm just glad I found them via the XPEL film manufacturer website. I recently purchased a newer BMW X5M, and the previous owner had already installed full PPF on the vehicle -- except for the front windshield. Of course, that's exactly where I ended up with a small chip. It was so minor that multiple glass companies told me there was nothing they could do to repair it. Rather than wait for a bigger issue, I decided to protect the windshield with protective PPF. From the first conversation, the team at Shine Pro EHT was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the product, explain the installation process, and answer every question I had. When my schedule shifted due to the recent snowstorm, they were flexible and worked with me to reschedule without any hassle. The workmanship is excellent, and you can tell they use high-quality materials. They even offered to install PPF on the iDrive touch screen -- attention to detail like that really stands out. Pricing was fair, and as a nice bonus, they washed the car before I picked it up. Overall, just a great experience and a good feeling doing business with them. If you care about protecting your vehicle, I highly recommend Shine Pro EHT.

I also told him I had purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having PPF and tint installed on that car as well. He asked me to call the shop the following week. I did exactly that. I called twice and left messages specifically for Isaac, but never received a return call. On my third call, I was again told that he was unavailable. When I asked why my previous messages had not been returned, I received no explanation and no indication that anyone cared to address the issue. What disappoints me most is not the lack of service on the PPF issue--it's the complete lack of communication. As a returning customer looking to spend more money with the business, I expected the courtesy of a simple phone call back. Instead, my messages were ignored. I genuinely want independent businesses to succeed, but customer service matters. In this case, the experience left me feeling that existing customers were not valued. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend Shine Pro.
