It was noticed that the door alignment was off due to the passenger door had a new skin put on it to correct the body damage as a result of the incident. Chris the owner had his mechanic take the car in an attempt to rectify the situation. 10 minutes later the car was returned with an adjustment being made after a week it was noticed that there was possible movement . A call to chris led to an appointment being made 2 weeks hence at 11:00 am where the situation would be addressed and a check for $100.00 would be issued to cover the additional detailers fee of 4 weeks prior at approx 10;00 am on the 16th of april a message was received that the mechanic who was suppose to readjust the door had called out sick. with that I showed up at 11;00 am to pick up the check that had taken approx 3 weeks to issue due to the accountant not being in attendance. I then told Chris the I would not be returning the vehicle for any adjustments or claims about their Lifetime warranty on repairs. My advice to who may read this. all you will get from Tilton Is someone with empty promises and excuses.I am 84 years old and have been around the Block. and in order to avoid any additional Stress I have decide to walk and to not deal with nefarious merchants who most likely had their employees post reviews.

I have been going to Point Auto in Somers Point for years, and I can honestly say they are one of the most trustworthy and dedicated shops I have ever worked with. Recently, I had a major issue with my van, and they went far beyond what I expected. Not only did they fix the original problem, but they also took the time to address additional issues that many other mechanics would likely overlook. What really stood out to me was their integrity and attention to detail. They made sure my vehicle was as safe and reliable as possible, taking the extra time and care to handle things that could have easily been ignored. On top of that, they were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly believe that if I had taken my vehicle anywhere else, I might not even have it today-and I would have been out a significant amount of money. Awesome service from Scott, Joyce, and Charlie. For years, I have been going to the Point and have always received excellent pricing for anything ranging from repairs to trading in cars. The one star review is fake news, I was even on a cruise ship and people from New York had their car repaired at Point and told me the story of excellent service from Point Auto when I told them I was from Somers Point. If you need to buy a car or rent a U-haul, they do that too. Awesome place. read more

My 2015 Buick Regal had a shutter around 23 mph, i took it to one place they could not find the problem, Will Wright at Point Auto was very personable and i highly recommend Point Auto for their honesty and professionalism. They're being called out online right now for posting a video that said brake jobs should be between 800-1200, and then posted it was a "misunderstanding". Reviews on here from 3 years ago said they were doing the same back then, too. Avoid this place at all costs read more

I get in the car to leave and the inside of the driver's side door is soaking wet because they left it open in the rain. I wanted to support local business but this is the first and last time I will be using Linwood Gulf.
