Mike was incredibly nice and professional. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done by 11am. A few ideas to make this experience even better is a nice big sign would be great as this location is a little hidden and I missed this twice while driving, it's behind the laundry mat. I would also prepare a QR code printed so customers can just scan it with their cash app or maybe add Venmo [QR Code] as another option of payment as this app is very popular. Food for thought. Otherwise, I'll be back in 6 months, thank you again Mike!

I decided it might be a good idea to pay a professional to clean both the inside and outside of my 22 year old sports car as I get ready to sell it. Fred Wieland is not cheap, and he'll actually tell you that. But he'll also tell you that he goes above and beyond what other detailers will do for your vehicle. I say vehicle because he works on more than just cars. Check out his Facebook page to see cars, boats, snow mobiles, and motorcycles that he has also worked on. My MZ coupe was done in one day and I could not believe it was 22 years old. The shine on the paint was amazing. All those little swirls in the surface of the paint from local car washes and my drying with towels had totally disappeared. I was also in awe with how clean he got the wheels of the car - both on the outside and underside of the car. The floors and inside of my car looked practically new. I could not be more pleased with the quality of Fred's work. While the address is on Crescent Rd., access is from Morris Lane.

My wife had issues with her tires, so she went to Caruso's for an alignment and tires Only 8 months…read morelater i had to take her car to another place for new tires. Color me shocked when they showed me the Alignment report on why she had 2 rear tires going bald on the outside where even the steel belts were showing on one. Even hitting a pothole every day for 6 months couldn't have screwed up her alignment that bad. They have no idea what they are doing regarding alignment to the point they either don't even do it, or they have incompetent employees taking short cuts. I would recommend you not visit them for anything related to alignments or tires. Within 8 months you will probably have the same issue and be out another 1k+. Absolutely ridiculous to take advantage like that.

I had a unique situation with my car…read more My battery was draining and I was pretty sure it was the defunct blue tooth causing the problem. Randy removed the blue tooth and found that was not the problem and tried just about everything including research on the internet to find the problem. To make a long story short, Hyundai's seem to have this problem. Randy spent hours on my car, removed the blue tooth and I was anticipating a rather large labor bill. NOT A DIME! He said he didn't fix the problem, so he didn't feel he could charge me. I will now be doing all my business with him! They are a class act!

I brought my 2009 Chevy Malibu in for an estimate because I wanted the frame addressed, the windshield repaired/replaced as appropriate, and the affected area repainted. J Smitty Automotive provided a preliminary estimate with a Grand Total of $3,985.17. For context, I purchased this vehicle for approximately $6,000, so being quoted nearly $4,000 for the repair was not reasonable to me. What left the interaction with a bad impression was that there was no attempt to recommend a more cost-effective path forward or explain alternatives - only a very high estimate. I then obtained another written estimate elsewhere for the same problem area ("Front Windshield and Frame") totaling $375.00, which I found far more reasonable. To avoid any confusion: the repairs shown in my before - and - after photos were NOT performed by J Smitty Automotive; they were completed by the other shop after I declined this estimate. Based on this experience, I would not recommend proceeding here unless you are comfortable with a risk of significantly inflated pricing.

They hit the estimate (installed new brakes all around), plus a little extra for antifreeze (drain & fill), and a tire rotation. Tires were already off the vehicle, so why not rotate them? Makes sense to me. It was one of the hottest days of the summer so far, 90 degrees, and these guys were still on it. No complaints, just got the work done. Better than me.
