My frustration was never with the quality of the cleaning, but rather with the way the business handled its pricing and communication. I believe customers deserve clear, upfront information about what is included in a service, particularly when booking something as comprehensive as a move-out deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling that the priority was to increase the final bill rather than honor the original agreement.
