Her recommendations for Fast Passes, Reservations, and her tips and tricks made our trip so much more fun. I don't think we waited more than 20 minutes for a single ride, and I put that down to her knowledge of Fast Passes and how she helped us plan them through the day. My kids are really young, and she helped take that into consideration when making our plans. Melissa's experience with Disney is invaluable. I recommend her services to anyone who is planning a trip. Every time I talk to her it's a different story stay far away from this place never even once showed us anything in writing. Also reach out to the company she used which is jet fun they told me that once a reservation is book they send a email to Agent to send to us where it says there is a 5 room requirement which we did not receive. Stay away from this place and if you decide to do business with make sure you ask for everything in writing.

With less than a month to plan, Kelly coordinated the perfect vacation at a great price. We gave Kelly super vague details of what we were looking for and somehow she helped this extremely indecisive couple make a timely decision. We booked at Atelier, a new all inclusive in Playa Mujeres. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, it was fresh, modern and had a great vibe! Kelly captured exactly what we wanted from the limited information we gave her. The night before our flight to Mexico, I realized I had in error provided incorrect information to Kelly for part of our booking. In a panic I texted Kelly at 10p and she sprung into action, contacting the airline and getting everything sorted out so we could have a stress free travel day. Between the amazing trip and amazing service, we without hesitation recommend Kelly!
