What a great place! Friendliest service worked with Nancy for 2 years, and just worked with Tracy. They go above and beyond for us. From start to finish, they were able to get us (4) what we wanted and needed. Nice attractive place, plenty of parking. Best of all, there for anything we need. Highly recommend them. Getting ready to think of our next trip (4th) through them. read more

Anyplace Travel - Mexico trip #3. Thank you Tracy for getting us what we wanted. - Travel Services Near Me - Johnston, Rhode Island

I don't know how else to say this aside from the fact that I've been coming to Tracey here for years and she is excellent! The comfort of her honesty, availability, and patience is a 10 every single time! The assurance of having her as a resource when traveling outside of the U.S. is worth whatever fee above and beyond an internet Google vacation deal. When she helps my family and I book, she is just as excited as us! She needs to come with us next time. Highly recommend!! read more

After wanting to go to Italy for 28 yrs we finally decided 2023 was the year. We used Nancy at Anyplace travel, as she came highly recommended as an Italy expert. From the airplane, to our transports to and from each destination , to fantastic hotels, and our tours in each area, Nancys expertise shined through. She said she picked our hotels to be centered in each destination and they were. She gave us plenty of free days to go venture on our own. Her recommendations for places to eat or other things to see were spot on. Our hotels were clean, beautiful with breathtaking views, centered in each area so rarely a need to cab. Pick ups to tours or changing cities made our trip smooth without being challenging since we had never been to Italy. She told us to get our euros ahead at AAA and we did , cuz the change places in Italy have terrible rates. She says get the best most comfortable shoes and sneakers cuz it's hard walking and lots of it. Such great advice. She arranged our train tickets which was perfect cuz we had no idea what to do and it was done for us! The entire 15 days was a trip of a lifetime. Cooking dinner with an Italian cook on her farm where we ate everything from the farm, to a wine dinner in a vineyard without Nancy we'd have never known to do these. Italy is challenging so don't wait until you're too old. If you are looking to do Italy the right way, start at AnyPlace Travel with Nancy. Ciao! read more

During a pandemic Tracey ignored my 2 emails about refunds. Contacted any place travel email and told them to contact me with zero response as well. Come to find out Tracey changed her email, Who changes their email during a pandemic and doesn't reach out to clients? I emailed the new email and still no response! My flight was canceled, my resort is closed. Zero communication from my travel agent! I contacted gogo vacations who said they got in contact with Tracey and she will be reaching out to me, magically after 3 weeks of being ignored she sends an email to a group of us traveling that night and says we will be charged $200 each for not re booking. The resort isn't charging a penalty fee and neither is gogo vacations! After your terrible customer service, you want to charge me to NOT re book. I want to re book but NOT with your company! My money doesn't feel safe! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Terrible communication and even worse customer service skills!!!! read more

My husband & I had the most amazing honeymoon/babymoon in Hawaii and we owe it all to Nancy, Alexia, and the dedicated team at Anyplace Travel! Everything went so smoothly, the accommodations were topnotch, and we didn't have to stress a thing planning it (which was such a relief for two very indecisive people)! Nancy quickly assessed our taste and vision, ultimately coordinating a dream vacation for us. We will definitely be booking our next trip through here! read more

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Nancy from Anyplace Travel and I cannot say enough about the amazing job that she did planning our trip to Italy for my husband's 50th birthday! Not having been to Italy for 33 years, I was completely lost as to where to begin, where to go,what to see, etc. Then several people I know recommended Nancy to me and instantly she began planning the trip of a lifetime keeping within our budget. After getting to know what my family and I enjoy, she communicated perfect options to us and began booking everything from the airplane to the trains to the hotels to private drivers and guides to see various sites. Right down to the transfers from the airports and train stations, we did not have to worry about a single thing once we left our house to begin our beautiful vacation. Thanks to Nancy our trip was beautiful, memorable and completely stress-free! I would highly recommend Nancy to anyone planning a vacation. My husband and I both quickly came to the conclusion that we will never travel anywhere again without Nancy of Anyplace Travel as our travel agent! read more
