this is what I would say is the premier vape shop in the rochester area. The owner is very personable and also very knowledgable about his products. He is able to make solid recommendations based on what you are looking for, and in no way attempts to "oversell" the customer. Some very nice vaping " hardware" is here. If you are looking to purchase ejuice There are something like 1000 ejuice flavors available, which are custom made to your order, on the spot, how cool is that? And the flavors we have tried so far are really excellent! The shop itself is an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you vape. My husband and I quit smoking cigarettes over 6 months ago and have never gone back... or even been tempted to, after years of trying to quit and relapsing. Vaping has worked for us, and very happy to have such a nice nearby local shop to patronize. Yay! read more

As a customer of a different local smoke/vape shop I was excited to find out there was a new competitor in town, but the excitement turned to disappointment upon my first trip there. I came into buy 2.5ohm coils for my Kenger Protank, I found the store to be way overpriced on their coils, juices and batteries. Additionally, the selection of those items, i would call limited at best.For example, I usually pay $2.99 per coil, (at a different store in town) however at perfection vapes they were $4.50. I needed the coils so i bought them, but next time I'll buy them online. Just a heads up to my fellow vapers out there. read more

Quality vape shops are hard to come by these days, I was in town visiting family and lost my vape. Finding a replacement was what I was looking for, but just not any replacement. I love my authentic's so I was looking for the best that Rochester had to offer, Perfection Vapes fit the bill. I left with a quality set up and the employees here are down to earth, not pushy and made sure I left with what I was looking for. I was hoping to find a good vape shop in Rochester NY but I have yet to find it. This store was small and smelled pretty bad. The employee who helped me was trying to sell me a cloned Protank as a real Kanger model. When I asked why he was saying the clone was authentic he got very defensive and rude. What crooks! I have never had such a bad experience at a vape shop and STRONGLY suggest you avoid one yourself. The products are crazy over priced-- TWO to THREE times the normal cost. To make matters worse, many of their products are clones. The employees are rude and try to insist they are selling original products despite the fact that they are obviously clones and refuse to drop the prices to a reasonable rate. This is the best vape shop I have ever been to and I have seen a lot of them as I have been vaping since 2011. The employees are personable, friendly, and know what they are talking about. All of the juice is made to order and there are thousands of flavors. The prices are comparable to any other brick and mortar vape shop. The items are not clones, they are sold in the correct boxes, with the correct literature. You can see for yourself as there are two locations in Rochester. Remember to join their member program where you get 10 dollars off for every 200 dollars spent --------------------------- Aug 2nd 2015 - Well I have been going to this store since its opening a few years ago. Unfortunately the management has changed and the employees are mostly new. What I hate most of all about this place, and I hate a lot about it, is the fact that it seems like you are a burden to the employees, especially the manager when he is there who will maybe pick his head up to say hello and maybe not. There are a few good employees there who will be pleasant, but its not typical. Guys, clean your floors. Good God, why are they not swept and cleaned at the end of each night? The place went from a clean place to a disgusting hole in the wall in the matter of a few years. Remember, you are making our juice there, we want to know that the backroom (which no one sees) is at least clean but by the looks of the front of the house its got to be filthy back there. Tell your employees to stop giving out bad info, like telling customers that washing their equipment in water is bad because there is fluoride in the water. Seriously? Why when I order some juice and someone orders after me do I have to wait before both orders are completed before I am cashed out, especially when there is more than one person on duty? And as someone who has been vaping for nearly five years, I still say I don't want to walk into a ridiculous cloud of vapor every time I go in the store. Its so nasty in there my sinuses were acting up the last time I was there. Oh and I was the ONLY customer in the store that day, its not like people were using it as a lounge, it was one guy with a ridiculous mod who worked there. I hope that things turn around here because I was a huge fan of P Vapes for years but these problems are starting to wear on me, I just really hate going there now, just really really really hate it. This was the third vape shop I have tried in rochester. I had a very pleasant experience. I have been camping for about a year but this was the first place that explained everything to me. I got exactly what I wanted and the staff were very kind and knowledgable. Plus, they make all of their own liquid and it is very tasty and feels as though it is the right mg (which I was skeptical of at another shop). Learned about this shop from one of their customers and was intrigued. Thanks Rachel. It is across the street from Planet Fitness. Do not let the road work discourage you. From the city take 104W and get off at Goodman and turn right. I'm one of those people that have a cigarette or two when I go out and have a drink. I know I shouldn't and I always feel guilty. Vaping seemed like a great idea. when you walk in it is a bright clean shop with a large lounging area. the 3 gentleman that greeted me where so friendly, I knew I had found a great place right away. I knew nothing about this thing called vaping. They walked me through everything and took a lot of time with me. they also didn't push any products on me at all, only made suggestions. I chose the lowest level hardware per their suggestion and the peach no nicotine juice. Used it last night and it was great. Thanks Bob and Jake. I have to agree with the consensus below about a lot of their tank and clearomizer gear being clones. For example the ViVi Nova's of all size and model that I've gotten here were advertised to me as Vision brand which they were not. If they were up front about the products being off brand then it wouldn't be a problem with me. Just because something is a clone doesn't mean it's a bad product, but they are selling them at brand name prices. Add to that the fact that not one employee seemed knowledgeable about the fact that clones of the brand name gear even existed. In fact, in my multiple visits there the employees usually seemed to be too busy entertaining their friends that I overheard saying were skipping class at the local high school. Anyways the only actual brand name tanks I have gotten that are real are the Kanger products, probably because they all have unique verification codes inside the boxes that you can check online to prove it's authenticity which would be harder to fake. The other problem I have is the high juice prices (and the gear is overpriced but less so). Sure, almost all of the juice I've tried is fantastic. But it's not close to a dollar per mL good! Consider this: you can buy a 1 liter bottle of patron for about 75 dollars. A liter = 1000mL Patron like any alcohol had to ferment and then be processed in a factory, then shipped across the world. Yet at Perfection Vapes, 75 dollars buys you just about 100mL of e-juice. That winds up being close to 750 dollars for a 1 liter bottle of e-juice, possibly more though if you are only buying 5-10mL at a time and not larger quantities that may carry a discount. Of everywhere I've ever even glanced at to buy juice, this is the most expensive of them all. Which also then leads me to.... Finally, the contents of the juice are kept from the customer as in not even a basic ingredient list or even what ratio of Vegetable Glycerin (VG) to Propylene Glycol (PG) the juice you are purchasing has. Nobody is asking them for what specific flavoring additives they use or at what ratio, just the very basic information that all other juice manufacturers are open about. Every different ratio of VG/PG requires a different setup with your gear and to act as if that extremely basic and standard information being revealed would compromise their business model is simply bad customer service. If these problems were all addressed I would probably purchase more there again but otherwise my money is spent on online vendors. read more

I come here as often as necessary to replenish my ejuice stock. I have not tried too many of their flavors, because there are thousands, but of the several I have purchased, I have never had a complaint. Their juice is great and its not any more expensive than at any of the other vape shops in the area that I know of. Everytime I come here, I am greeted by someone and taken care of in a timely fashion. I have never encountered a rude employee here, nor have I ever felt uncomfortable walking in or as I waited for my juices to be made. I have also bought a couple different mods here that were official, not knock offs. Anytime I have a question about a mod, or just need something explained, the employees have taken the time to explain things to me so I understand them perfectly. This is a great place to go for all your vaping needs, whether you are new to the vape life, or have been around for a while. read more

This is by far the best vape shop I have been to in rochester. Everybody there is so knowledgable and personable. I must say I felt very uncomfortable at other vape shops in rochester because of my little knowledge of vaping. These people treat you with respect and don't talk down to you like some of the other vape shop employees. I will continue to go here for all of my vaping needs! read more
