My truck was always turned over to me in spotless condition, inside and out. The new crew is more interested in getting your vehicle done so they can pick up their tip. Quality service has become a thing of the past here. Makes sense, because it was taken over by a GM dealership owner! See, pretty much everything the Government Motor Company (GMC) touches, turns to crap! So upon close inspection of my "brand new" Toyota 4-Runner, the truck came out of the detail shop with scratches, that weren't there when it went in. Each month when I called to complain, the employee would apologize and say he would take care of cancelling it, but the charges kept coming every month. When I called to ask for the manager, (Louis), he was always unavailable. It's been three months now and I have yet to a refund of the bogus charges and/or a call back from the manager.
