I really appreciated the team's flexibility and willingness to make things right, and I'm happy to report that I am much happier with my experience this time around. This time my floorboards were clean and the stains in the seats were better addressed. My car even had the new car smell! As a new mom, it's embarrassing to admit how long the Thanksgiving casserole that spilled sat in the back of my seat untreated. He told me that they only do by appointment only and I asked him some follow up questions and explained that I had tried to call the number several times. I'm not sure why they don't have someone answering the phone regularly, but he got me right in and treated me to the carpet clean! I will definitely be back as they did an amazing job and I don't really care what the cost will be in the future as they took such great care of me.

Since it just opened, there was no wait to get in. The process was smooth and efficient. The wash itself exceeded my expectations. I came in with a heavy layer of pollen plus some greasy residue (thanks, mechanic hands), and I fully expected to need a second pass or some manual cleanup after. Surprisingly, it handled everything in one go--no leftover spots. Post-wash setup is solid too. Standard vacuums and trash cans, but with a nice upgrade: multiple vacuum attachments. You've got wider heads for mats and bigger areas, plus narrow ones for corners and tight spaces. Small detail, but genuinely useful. The guys were on time, very processional and got straight to work. They did a FABULOUS job!!! I'm not sure how they managed to get my van to shine so well, it looks brand new!! My mats/carpets were washed on the spot and they took all of the old animal stains out! The whole interior was cleaned and polished and the windows cleaned. The Yelp assistant helped me locate a few places near me and I quickly found one which had several options for car washes. I was able to get gas and get a $10 car wash, which was all I needed to get my car clean. I like using this assistant. It helped me find something relatively quick with the needs I was looking for. Car wash turned out great. It was easy to use easy to get in and out.

In my mind this was clearly an intentional SCAM to ding my credit card without my knowing on a continuing basis. The fellow was an older gentleman, not one of the kids so he clearly knew what he was doing -- which was purposely NOT warning me that my credit card was now in their hands. The other older fellow did cancel this, but I also need to watch my credit card summaries as I would not trust them at all.

On arrival, what they said they could and could not be done was discussed and approved. The only low expectation was on the rooftop, as it was pretty UV damaged. [I figured that would be a later paint job.] It was available for them to have several hours longer than what they projected they needed, but they had it ready a few hours later. On pickup, the hood (the major show piece on any vehicle) looked like cracks (not visible at all when I brought it in) were all over it with wax down in the cracks and a seal put on top. A small area on the passenger side rear quarter panel and just below the rear door, picked up dirt like a magnet (likely wasn't even a waxed area). The mat cover on the driver floor felt like it had an oil coating on it, not water, but oil coating, making it unsafe to get on a shoe for slippage which I had to ask them to remove. The black trim didn't seem "refreshed" (on most it was, but not all - I handled what wasn't with some WD-40 later). The rest was okay. OVERALL - I would NEVER spend that kind of money for this shop to detail it. They likely do okay with once a month washed and waxed vehicles, but for those who don't keep up - this is NOT the place for you to bring it.
