Typically they would ask you what you would like and ask about any add ons that they offer. The add ons were not even requested to me and I felt like they were just ready to get to the next car. Also after this point you would get out of your car and they would take it from there. I got the top tier service they offered which I normally get. But this time was not the same. The made me drive my truck myself and then none of the little grit and dog hair was even touch. $50 car detail and it looked like I went through a Sheetz car wash. Not what I paid for and very unhappy. It will be hard to go back unfortunately.

It worked perfectly for me because I was going to be in Durham for the day. The process from pulling in the parking lot to getting your car back once it's finished was absolutely seamless. Everyone was so nice and the process was quick. Since it was my first time there, the first attendant walked me through all the options, and there are a lot of them. Once you let them know what package you want and you pull up to the designated area, you're directed inside where you pay and there's a very comfortable waiting area. They also have a great selection of beverages and snacks. There are also several options of things to purchase for your car, like air fresheners, chargers, etc. It was a beautiful day out, so I decided to sit outside on the spacious patio with tables, chairs and other seating. At one point, there were 4 people working on my car once it came out of the washing tunnel, one inside each door. They got every nook and cranny in my car. Hand wiping and vacuuming, I was so impressed. They called me by my car when it was finished. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners, he took part in the awesome cleaning of my car himself. It's a family run business. They did the best job, and I have recommended them to every in the Triangle.

I ended up hopping like mad trying to get it done before I ran out of quarters and my car was still pretty dirty. I'm not seeing any reason to use this. Plus my daughter thinks it would be fun to do at home. (We'll see) Why can't we have a drive through car wash with recycled water and eco soaps etc? You know Carrboro needs an alternative to this or Carolina Car Wash.

My car has never looked better! Nick was the contact person. He made it easy to schedule an appointment; he actually called when an earlier appointment date became available; they arrived promptly and on time; and he followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was good. When a technician actually arrives at your house, they do a really good job…read more The problem is that they often reschedule. Sometimes with 24 hrs, sometimes with 20 minutes notice. And then they have no availability for several days. I tried to make an appointment a week ago. It's been rescheduled twice and if they show up this time, it will be 10 days from when I requested an appointment to when they actually wash my car. I feel like if they could figure out this scheduling situation, they would be more profitable and have higher ratings, because who wants to wait 10 days to get your car washed???
