They did an excellent job getting this house in shape. All new water lines, drain lines, water heater, shower fixtures, toilet, etc. Every person was courteous, on time and nice to work with. Our job is now complete and I have the piece of mind that our new systems have warranties to keep them running smoothly should we encounter any problems. It's like they set up this answering service and let it run on its own 24/7 automation and forget it's even there making commitments to customers and not following through. Disappointed and extremely frustrating. Aqua Clear, please designate someone, ANYONE, to follow up on these interactions so you don't lose customers over your lack of people to just answer a phone call or text.
