I had some issues with my water smelling like rotten eggs and a funny taste. I called King Pure Water to come and see about the problem and they were there when they said, took care of the problem and made sure that I won't have this issue again. Their customer service is incredible and always make me feel like I'm their most important customer. read more

The women in the office are very rude. I called on Monday and was told they done water testing and could come out the following Monday to get the sample. When I called back to make the appointment she was very rude and said they dont do those tests and when I told her she didnt have to be so rude she started whining and said she has had a bad day and has a sinus infection. Not professional and poor customer service. read more

We did not have good experience with King Pure. I bought a short-term rental (STR) that already had some filters installed from King Pure so we decided to continue with them. After couple of months, we got issues with well water where water started coming our muddy. I talked to King Pure who went ahead and changed filters, charged 200$. They worked for few days, and again same problem. Again, I talked to King Pure and they kept saying its due to heavy rains and changed filters again, charging me again. Again that same thing happened. This cycle of King Pure going and changing filters went on for at least two months while I was not able to rent my house since water was not coming out right and I had to refund money to guests many times. This time I talked to Ken directly and he said he will put up new filters that will cost around 800$ and that will for sure fix the problem. They went in, replaced the filters, and after two hours of that my management company told me that the water is muddy again. I immediately emailed King Pure about that. Then I got invoice for 800$ and I asked King Pure why should I pay for something that you just put out of guess and does not even work for 2 hours. I feel like this company has no idea about what is supposed to be done. They just make random guesses at the expense of customers. I then called in another water company, they came in, put a new filter system, and fixed my problem in 1 day. I am never going to use King Pure again. They costed my at least two months of rental income plus at least couple of thousand dollars I paid them for replacing filters. read more

Called twice to ask for a quote. Both times I was told someone would get back to me and I never received a call. If they cannot call you back to make a sale, there is a high likelihood they would not call back to service or repair the product. read more

I cannot thank King Pure Water enough for fixing my water issues!!! We have suffered through 3 years of horrible well water (and when I say horrible it was so bad we didnt even want to live in the house anymore)! I had two other companies that wouldn't listen to us about what issues we were having but wanted to do their own "usual thing" which was not helpful at all! At King they listened to me - tested our water and worked with us instead of against us and the water is now fixed! They are the best in the business by far!! Highly recommended and 5 stars isnt even close to enough!! Thank you - thank you!!! Honey and Tony Wiggins read more

Our experience with King Pure has been poor. While I understand it may be difficult to determine the proper set up upon testing our water, King Pure's approach has been full of "guesses" at our expense. Whack a mole is not a professional approach and it leaves the owner with a bad taste in their mouth, and a much more expensive system than was quoted. Not to mention, the ongoing maintenance is more than quoted as well. Their consumables (filters) pricing is high, and the owner will not allow you to purchase your own and have them install. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere for your water treatment services. read more

Well informed of water issues in the Smokies. Went above and beyond to help with the well problem we were having.

Very impressed with King Pure Water. After meeting Ken at the sevierville homeshow we realized our water filtration system may not be working properly. At no cost he came to our home and gave us his professional opinion. We were afraid Ken would tell us we needed a whole new system but instead he gave us a few suggestions to improve what we had. They have our business from now on. Thanks guys! Pam and Steve Dettmar. read more

We recently purchased a home in the East Tennessee area and noticed the water was less than optimal. Lots of mineral deposits in the aerators on the faucets and etching on our dishes and glasses from the dishwasher. I did a lot of research and called a lot of places to find a water treatment solution. King Pure Water was by far the best option. Working with them was a breeze and they were very responsive to my calls and questions. The sales rep came to our home, tested our water and recommended a system that would work for us. The price was reasonable and less than the others we had contacted. The technician arrived a few days later, right on time, and skillfully installed our new water system. He thoroughly explained how the system worked and what was needed to maintain it. Soon after the installation was completed, the owner of the company personally called us to make sure we were satisfied with the service we had received. We have had the system for about three months and so far we have been extremely pleased with the results. Showering is a dream and clothes and dishes come out beautifully. If you're in need of a water softening system, I would highly recommend King Pure Water. read more

Thank you thank you thank you! They fixed our water -- no more sulphur smell. fast and friendly service! Reasonably priced.

I manage properties in and around Sevierville to Gatlinburg. Ken King is a great resource for me. He offers us water treatment options at a fraction of the price of bigger sellers like Pure Water or Rain Soft. He is also a great option for minor plumbing repairs. We have found him to be punctual and honest in his work and billing. if you need water treatment or a plumbing repair and don't want to spend a fortune, give Ken a call. read more

We made the best decision when we changed to King Pure Water at our cabin in Pigeon Forge. Previously, the water exhibited an unpleasant odor that made you question it and left iron stains in the sink and tub. Since changing, the water quality has been beyond our expectations. There are no odors or stains. The staff has been courteous and helpful. We are very pleased with the service that King Pure Water has and continues to provide. read more
