I attempted to purchase 2 vapes and 6 $5 gummies for a total of $68.47. I attempted to pay using a discover credit card & was told it was not accepte. I handed the bud tender my ID. The # on my driver license and phone number are on my account at Perfect Union. When I couldn't use my credit card I handed the Bud Tender $60 cash and said I would have to put the remaining $8.47 on my DEBIT car. The Bud Tender inserted the card into the reader and handed me the receipt from the card reader. The next day I received a notification from my bank f a charge of $73.03. the entire $68.47 plus a $4.55 fee was charged to my bank account. I contacted perfect Union Monday morning and they said they couldn't find any charges on my account since 2025. No charge from Saturday night is on my account. I contacted the vendor and they are not helping to resolve this matter saying that it is valid even with no receipt no email receipt no record of the transaction on my account at Perfect Union in Marysville CA. This Dispensary has the worst customer service there website is never accurate I was in a empty store looking for something they have normally have on the menu there sister store wildseed updates there website and the bud tender know there products I walked to the area that I normally find the product 2 employees walked past me going know we're doing much of nothing and the third person never asked if I needed anything just addressed me by saying yes? This is the 3rd time me coming to this store and receiving the worst service the item that was posted on their site was not available when I asked for the item her response is oh no we don't have that right now no up sale or other options I see why this store has such low customer service I won't shop here anymore. read more

A huge shoutout to Kaleb for the amazing customer service will definitely be returning!

The security guard is AWSOME! That's where it stops.... I asked the bud tender for a "gassy" flavorful 8th on the cheaper side.. she put out 6 options.. bc I don't know much about "brands" I just went with the most expensive. Ended up being $55. Of course I'm not going to say that's to expensive (even though $50 an1/8 is straight robbery) I was like " this is going to be straight fire", "f$$k it"....... NOPE! Garbage! I got an 1/8th from the other place in town for $20 that blew this out of the water! EDIT...... doesn't taste good but definitely is read more

If I could get zero stars I would give it I have never had a weed shop refuse sell me a product before. I did an express order and as I picked it up one of the bags,as I looked at it i saw it has too many stems. I touch the bag to confirm the steams. I told the bud tender it was two semi and I wanted another. She then said I in touch and push the bag and she would not give me another. I told her to take it back and I would not be purchasing it. she did! however I absolutely love when my bag got stapled shut and she with an attitude said have a nice day and tossed my bag at my. Wow Thank you perfect union for losing my business. Wild Seed here I come. read more

YO HO HO! Power tripper. Many other places to purchase. Wow! Security was cool, dealing with yahoos; he made a loud statement that we are closing budtenders we have 30 ppl and are clii oh sing, basically get busy! One budtender was just yammering for 30 minutes while the line grew. Another budtender chimes in, he can talk as long as he likes! I said I'm not talking to you. He said be quiet. I said don't talk to me like that! I said shut it! He whined you can't tell me to shut up! I said I said shut it! I'm not talking to you, then his buddy said you can't talk to him like that! What? Then from the darnkness appears a sea creature wielding all of her power telling g us to leave. Apologizing. Security even said, he was the one who said basically speed it up. But what could he do? She runs the ship...the reviews are pretty telling. Arghhhh I'd rather drive to the coast! read more

They sell Stizzy vapes that are no good and clog immediately. They won't exchange the pods. Horrible customer service by the manager. Will shop elsewhere. read more

Customer service lacks here! The variety is subpar but somehow affordable. I prefer Cookies dispensary in downtown Sac for the experience.

Placed an online order and was expecting to walk in, grab my goods and deuce out. Nope. I had to check in and wait to be called back just like I was walk-in. Wasn't super impressed with that. And then I had to wait in a long line to speak with a bud tender to pick up my order. Once I reached the counter - I'd say a good 10 minute wait in line - I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who was extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I was very impressed with the amount of product they had in the dispensary. Like super impressed! Price was reasonable for the area. Would I go back? Yes! Plus they give a military discount. read more

Manager knows there's faulty products on the shelf. She specifically said "I know those cartridges run out super quick it's something faulty with the brand (crystal clear) " she couldn't give me my return and said " the only thing I can advice is don't buy it but come back tomorrow for our discount in our other carts." Yea not wasting no more money at this dispensary. read more

This has always been my go to. They had a big sale on 4-20. I had pre ordered. I went by 5 times and the lines were around the building. At nearly 70 I can't physically stand in line that long. I called the store, stayed on there hold loop for 20 minutes, gave up send a text, asking how I could still get the sale price and no response called again this morning same thing in the phone loop. Was told they would not honor the discount because I hadn't pre-paid, I would've had I known had anybody even bother to respond, I'll be going someplace else going forward the employees are very nice but this was an impossible situation for me at my guess is no one will address it read more

Very poor customer service by Shelby today. I explained to her that now for a second time, a vape cart from her store failed to work even once. She then used every excuse she could to not honor her stores warranty even though I told her the store manager said just bring it in. Her newest excuse citing the age of the product. I bought like 10 carts at once, she expected me to open all of them and check them to make sure they all work??? I barely bought it a week ago!! When does the poor service and attitude stop? The only way to talk to her manager is an "email". How convincing. These folks need re training in customer care. read more

So uncoordinated. They have an express line but somehow it takes longer than a walk in line. Make it make sense.

Went in here yesterday to get a Rozen or live resin cart... The girl sold me this song, false pretense, get home start researching the company finds out what she had told me was completely wrong, so I went back today and addressed it. Nobody really cared much about my issue. I bought six of them are and when I addressed it, the manager came out and got upset with me because I was frustrated with the situation... My grandma had made an order for express and I went to pick it up for her because she's over 65, but because of COVID I wasn't allowed to go in with her. I was holding onto her money for her because I don't want her touching much since she an elder, and because I handed the money back to her, they wouldn't allow her to pick up her order. We had tried to use the curbside pick up that they have available for the elderly, but because it was 3:50 they wouldn't allow us to use it because it's closes at 4. There's no where on the sign that indicates curbside stops at a certain time. read more

Customer service sucks. I waited in line for over 10 minutes and constantly got looked over, first and last time I'll be shopping here.

I called and spoke with a person to verify exactly what time they closed, since I was about 45 minutes away from their location @ 8pm. (their phone greeting message says they're open until 9pm) I spoke with an Employee to double verify, and said I should be there about 5 minutes before you close. Hee said, "As long as you're here before we close, you're all good." I pulled up there at 8:50pm & the security guard literally locked the door when I got a10ft away, shrugging his shoulders and shaking his head saying "too late". I looked at my watch and told him about my phone conversation with their employee & the person I spoke with, heard us talking, stuck his head out of the interior door, then the security guy tapped his watch and shook his head, so the employee shrugged & said, "sorry bro, I guess you should try and get here by 8:45pm next time. Are you kidding me? Look I get it. You have to close up and let your people go home. I don't have a problem with the policy. I have a problem with the security guy, who's body language and demeanor hardly attempted to mask the enjoyment he derived, by using his power & authority over myself (a loyal customer willing to travel 50+ miles to your location) and a newly hired bud tender who, most likely, didn't know about the locking of the doors @ exactly 8:50pm...with no if, ands or buts about any possible exceptions to the rule! I immediately google searched for any other near by dispensaries & located one just a few blocks away. I walked in, chose some AMAZING sativa flower and without having to deal with any "Door Nazis, was on my way home by 8:57pm. read more

They became recreational yesterday!! I went in today and signed up for free and got a free pre-roll for my first time in. Got some dank for pretty cheap and the have a reward system! My kind of dispensary! Beware... they lock the doors 20 minutes before they close, so don't try to hit them up last minute. They are basically open until 8:30 and that's what should be posted. read more

First-timers here to a Cali dispensary. Staff is very accommodating and made sure we knew exactly what to do! Metal detector, ID, had to fill out a digital form on iPad and get in their system (oh, well, our lives are open books on the interwebs already). Sign a couple waivers (won't resell, code of conduct, etc.) then escorted inside and waited for our number to be called. Nothing is on display, kind of boring (not like ones in Colorado) but our budtender did not disappoint. He even clued us in that as first-timers, we each could get a gift with a minimum $20 purchase. Woot! Can't travel with the freebie pre-rolls, so there's that. Edibles are on point, good variety, and affordable prices. Once in the system, you are part of their Loyalty Points rewards. Cash only, ATM in lobby. Overall, a very pleasant experience. read more

I tried to share my experience with a young lady over the counter about the Glass House Farms pre rolls I had purchased. The pre rolls came machine rolled so tight no amount of pull was allowing air flow in order to smoke any of the 5 joints. She treated me like I was stupid and told me just light it and smoke it. LOL what.. like I don't know how to smoke a joint. The product was flawed to the point of a complete waste of $32. She told me I could leave a review! Offered zero help and was clueless to her job. Also.. Perfect Union.. weed is legal! Going in you'd think you were part of a highly organized crime unit. You have 3 ppl behind the front entry doing absolutely nothing bragging about how they have 11 cash registers open yet you only allow 2 people in at a time. Place is a joke. Wait time is a joke. Security thinks they are protecting the president. Worst shop I've ever been in. read more

If it was possible to leave negative stars I would. No disrespect to the budtenders who actually try customer service and security. Never in my life have I been so repeatedly and consistently treated so rudely and unprofesionally by various members of the staff from mgmt on down.. (now i see where they get it ) . Got there at 6pm stayed in line til after 7pm, only one bud tender helping people. None of the product is on display and the menu on the wall doesn't even have all of the product. Person helping had to keep apologizing for realizing he was out of product the menu said they had. Bud tender had to keep running around back and forth to see what they did have. He didn't have any knowledge on the products we asked about. We asked for a full gram cart and got home to find a half gram. YOU CANT LOOK AT ANY OF THE WEED OR SMELL IT. He also over charged us by over $50 and we had to correct him TWICE because he kept ringing us up wrong. We were in there over 30 minutes and in line over an hour. I was fairly regular customer, after the last 5-6 experiences of going there, and being recognized as a regular, I've had enough. Once you get back behind the door everything is ok, but staff you deal with to get in are extremely rude. I'm a medical patient and have been to many dispensaries and this was is by far the worst in customer service. The prices are also outrageous for flower.
