I was having issues with my teeth so I set up an appointment at this location. They got me in the next day and the dentist was wonderful! Unlike other dentists that I've been to before, he was knowledgeable and extremely well trained in tooth extractions. A couple days after my extraction, I was concerned about the pain that seemed to be lasting longer than normal. I called them and they offered to get me in the same day! When I went in they were quick to find a solution to my problem! I honestly don't know why this place has such terrible reviews because I honestly think this is one of the best places I've ever been! Then she numbed my mouth and ...said shhh. then slowly put her finger up my nose, and wiggled around. Then, slowly moved her finger in my mouth. after a few minutes she told me to suck. I found out that she bypassed my teeth and cleaned out my nose. sure my mouth tasted bad, then she sprayed liquor in my mouth and told me to suck again. this was the worse experience I have ever had. of course I had to come back to my real appointment. The next lady actually cleaned my teeth well with no fallout. they know what they are doing especially when I'm not aware of it. good service though.

Power was out in the neighborhood so when she arrived nobody was there and the office was locked up with a note on the door. No call no notice, just show up to a locked office. With the power being out, I understand except what type of facility doesn't have a back up generator or even battery back up? Closed office, nothing but a note on the door. They called to get her rescheduled the next day (Saturday) and they rescheduled the appointment for Monday. She showed up before the scheduled time on Monday, and they postponed the appointment for 2 hours later in the afternoon. They stated it would be about 40 minutes. It took almost 2 hours. While waiting I thought well I'll run up to the pharmacy to get her antibiotic prescription. The problem is they wouldn't call in the prescription till after the appointment was done. They're very disorganized.

After cracking a tooth late last night while working in Aspen, I had no choice but to make the long drive back to Denver with an exposed root and unbearable pain. I knew I needed immediate attention--and fast. Dr. Moy and Ariana went above and beyond. They made space for me right away and treated my situation with a level of urgency, compassion, and professionalism that's incredibly rare these days. My case wasn't easy--turns out I have unusually long 16mm roots (the average is 10mm), making extraction far more difficult than usual. But Dr. Moy worked with extraordinary precision and care for over three hours, successfully removing the damaged tooth and placing the stud for a future implant. On top of that, they also re-cemented a crown that had come loose. Throughout the entire process, Ariana was incredibly supportive, skilled, and attentive. The two of them made a difficult, painful experience feel safe and manageable--and I left with genuine gratitude. If you're in need of emergency dental work (or honestly, any dental work), do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Moy. His skill, dedication, and heart are second to none.

Super easy to book a new patient appointment on their website. Paperwork is seamless, and best of all, they take my insurance. All the staff I encountered, including Dr. Echt, are efficient and talented at their jobs. Aside from having to wait 30+ minutes in the operatory to get my teeth cleaned - I think they forgot about me - it was a smooth experience. Hopefully it'll be better next time, but I like the practice overall!
