Place is incredibly clean..The massage room is like a high end hotel suite with good quality mattress and very spacious 2. Alice doesn't speak much English but she understood exactly where the pain points are. She has a lot of expertise and took almost no breaks . Word of caution , please let her know immediately if she is applying too much pressure. 3. Renee is also very good. She worked only on lower back a few days later and first identified the pain before even starting. 4. Overall, their level of care and commitment is outstanding. They did not ask for payment before or ask for tip. And, lastly, you will come back.

The fat, old, ugly lady at the front desk looked like she was 24 months pregnant and very tired. I…read morefigured she was just the person who greeted customers and walked them down the hall to an available room and that someone else would come in later to do the massage. Well, I was wrong. During the massage, she would randomly go in and out of the room since she left the front desk empty and nobody else was available to greet customers when the extremely loud front door chime sounded off. She also didn't close the door all the way each time she left the room. The worst part was the actual "massage." It was the weirdest thing ever. She took some small, plastic tool with spikes on it and gently pushed it into the back of my shoulders for quite a bit and then gently squeezed parts of my back, arms and legs. She also dug her elbow directly into my spine a couple of times for some unknown reason and I asked her to stop. At the end, I found out that she charged me extra for a "deep tissue" massage but it wasn't even a basic body rub. What a waste of time and money!

So I booked a lymphatic massage just to try her out--man, I wish I would've found her when I was fresh from surgery because she was SO gentle!! Not over rough at all!! I would recommend some window tint or some dark drapes to make the atmosphere a bit more relaxing but since we mostly talked it was fine. The massage bed was extremely comfy and everything smelled great and looked and felt clean. Very nice environment.

That had to have been the most excruciating pain I've felt during a massage ever. It did loosen up my muscles however, so I decided to go back the following week. I purchased the same amount of time. This time I was halfway through the massage when a new customer walked in and my therapist took care of him and had another therapist take over my massage. That was strike 1. The rest of the time was awkward. I kept trying to understand what they were saying to each other in chinese since there would be no peace and quiet apparently. At some points in the conversation they would laugh and at other times they would sound like they were arguing. Strike 2. The guy who took over my massage did it half ass and I was never told to flip over to work on my quads like my previous massage. When the massage was over, I checked the clock and it was cut short by at least 5 minutes. Strike 3. My experience was so bad that I just left without saying anything. When I checked out I made sure not to leave a tip. And it was funny that when I was asked how the massage was and I replied it was okay, the massage therapist looked surprised that I didn't say it was excellent! I doubt I will be going back.
