Cecil came out, gave us good choices on material as they are restrictions. Combined with this the price was far better than the other quotes. The quality was equal to or better than the others. The material was Sunbrella, and the frame very heavy duty. Installation was very efficient. Once installed the bedrooms off the back deck cooled down and in the evening enjoy the view and front deck. He had ripped out the cover for the patio and left the wood exposed through raining season and he finally covered it and did the patio covers in November. Not only does he not answer our calls anymore, he does not reply to messages. Things are still undone and We can't use our patios!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Their price was fair and they stuck to the budget. Super fast turn around after "all the ducks" were in a row. The reason they got 5 stars, as normally I would provide 4 stars max, for work being done as provided bit they went above and beyond. Why 5 stars? Because a little "hiccup" occured and a mutual agreement was achieved in a professional and quick manner. A company is not only measured by it's service and product but also by how it deals with customers when situations arise. I am confident this isn't just a "one off" way they deal with customers.
