Cecil came out, gave us good choices on material as they are restrictions. Combined with this the price was far better than the other quotes. The quality was equal to or better than the others. The material was Sunbrella, and the frame very heavy duty. Installation was very efficient. Once installed the bedrooms off the back deck cooled down and in the evening enjoy the view and front deck. When they do they hardly cut our lawn and make it look nice at all. Because if this company our townhouse complex looks like a low income house and people rent by the month. They have destroyed many items on my Terrence and fences have been damaged. They leave all the mess clipping and lawn debris all over the place and never return to fix the issues. They employe teenagers that hate their jobs. The other employees workers they are lazy and sit around smoking and drinking. When asked to redo an area or say hello to them they cruse you our and the company never fixes any problems that occur. We the owners have intolerance for this company which is still happening and my strata council still employes this company. Horrible service and unprofessional, I do not recommend them at all.

I would have thought, if there was any justice in this world, that Chris Walton, James and their team would either be in jail or bankrupt! I previously used them for a big project and it was a nightmare right from the beginning. In my opinion their work was subpar sloppy, and very unprofessional. They installed and used items that were not approved and when I disputed them I was threatened with a builder's lien if I did not pay. If you are thinking about this company, I would run not walk..run as fast as you can in the opposite direction! Worst experience I've ever had with any number of my properties when doing renovations for a flip.

We had a house fire and were then subsequently burned by a contractor that did…read morea dangerously substandard job, and eventually abandoned us well before finishing the house. We were very nervous about who to trust, and what to fix in order to make our house safe to live in. Especially since we were left with no gutters, and a roof that scared the heck out of every contractor that laid eyes on it. Chris came very highly recommended and calmly and methodically walked us through the issues that he found after careful inspection. Then he pointed out which issues needed to be fixed immediately, which could wait, and which were optional. And, for the biggest repairs, he was even able to come up with some creative options for us that balanced quality and lower cost. Truly an amazing contractor and person. We are extremely happy that we were introduced to him and this company.

About a year later, we had a branch fall on our roof, causing a leak. He answered my call that night, recalled the colour of roofing we had, and was onsite the next morning to repair the damage. We have also had him come and clean the gutters and roof, and inspect for damage seasonally. He cleans up the yard and driveway well afterward, sometimes better than it was! His prices are certainly fair for the service he provides. We would recommend Darren to anyone with roofing needs.
