I sent an e-mail to Wayne at gilwaypro@gmail.com as his answering machine instructed me to :) They don't do the type of deck that we needed which was the Dura deck, however, Wayne was really professional in getting back to us right away. This review is a bit over due but better late than never I suppose! I contacted Wayne about 5 months ago to have a door installed in the hallway. He was quick to respond with the emails and we were able to schedule for an appointment 2 days after I first contacted him. He gave me a fair and detailed quote - listing out the hours of labor and the approximate cost of materials. He also explained to me the procedure of the job and what needs to be done which is something I appreciate. The door was a 1 day job and Wayne stuck to his quote which is something I value in any skills-trade personnel. The last thing I want is to be surprise by a higher cost bill at the end of the project. 5 months in, the door is strong and steady and I have no complain. We hired Wayne to remove and install a new backsplash in our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the process and the end result. Wayne was professional, friendly, and prompt. He always responded to phone calls and emails almost immediately and was able to fit our project in within our busy schedule. The project ended up taking slightly longer than originally planned but Wayne stuck to his originally quoted price, which was much appreciated given that we had dealt with contractors before who's final cost was substantially higher than the original quote. The final product turned out great and Wayne's dedication to detail was very evident. We were so comfortable with Wayne that we had no problem leaving him to work on his own (in the company of our dog) while we were out.
