Let me first say that I did not receive service from Perfect Panes. I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was advised (although I heard 8:30), the owner corrected me (Andrew) and said that was a range from x point to x point. I heard either 8:30 or 10:30 so I suspect when 10:30 came I would receive a call. There was no phone call or any acknowledgement from the company. At approximately 1ish, the owner Andrew texted and said he was on his way and then called said he was here. I said, oh, I thought you would be here at 8:30? So a back and forth ensued and inquired "why didn't you call to say you would be late". Andrew indicated he was sick and he was there for just an estimate and didn't feel like he needed to call. I was quite surprised as it is my time as well as his. At this point I am frustrated and I can feel that we are not communicating well. I didn't understand why an owner of a company said " If you don't want to do business I am plenty busy, I can just go". Then Andrew asked me if I have ever received window washing services before, I said yes but I don't remember the company. It was a long time ago. He said how did they do, I said ok, but the inside window and I pointed to my bedroom was out of wack because they lifted it and put it back in incorrectly. They tried to fix it-It works but gets stuck. Andrew is quizzing me and I honestly can't remember the name of the company. I was taken aback a bit because he said, "Well you probably won't be happy with us". I had no idea what that meant. Then he said what do you want an estimate on. I said if he could give me just an estimate on the top portion. He said, no we only do the whole home or 350 .00 min. Just the top would probably costs 150.00 and I have employees and and office to maintain. I was really surprised and would have asked further questions but he said "we are not a good fit" and got in his car. I respect that fact that the owner made the effort to come although not feeling well , however, I am not ok with being treated like I did something wrong. I did nothing wrong except wait for Andrew to come and give me an estimate in a timely manner with respect and dignity. read more

I can't recommend Andrew and his team enough. Total professionals, trustworthy and so knowledgeable. My house has some very high and very large windows on top of the more normal eye level and they handled it so well. Total pros. Top to bottom professionals from estimate to completion. Tons of communication along the way as well which was so appreciated. The house feels like a new house with these clean windows. Like everything turned HD. Found Andrew on another site and called him for a quote. We agreed on a price and he came the next day to do the work. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and demeanor, but then I saw the windows... AMAZING! Crystal clear, no streaking, tracks/screens cleaned, the works. I have a lot of windows and some are very difficult to reach way up in the peaks of vaulted ceilings. They were also in pretty bad shape as they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and previous cleaning services didn't bother to remove old paint overspray and difficult goop on the windows. Andrew did a terrific job, for a fair price, and I won't hesitate to have him do it again when needed and will recommend him to everyone I know! read more

Hired them to clean out the gutters. They came and measured gave us a quote, and then showed up on the worst weather of the year. Did not clean all gutters or get the needles accumulated in the valley of the roof nearby. My wife listened to them complain about how dangerous it was and how we weren't paying them enough to risk doing that. They saw the job before they started and chose to work on a very dangerous day, and still charged the full price of the job. We will not be using them again. We did have other quotes. We would have gone with one of those. read more
