I have been Coming in every two weeks for manicure and pedicure for last 5 years...sometimes with friends, and my daughter usually in toe. however, today I was told 10 minute wait. This place is disgusting! They reuse foam pumice blocks and if you want a new one they charge $6 extra! I went round and around with the owner and an employee about the rules and regulations on disposable non reusable items as I am licensed cosmetologist in 4 states including Oregon. She charged me full price of $27 without touching the bottom of my feet. The don't care about the law. Total chop shop! This is how diseases are spread! Only metal files can be disinfected! I agree with all the negative reviews. When Lillian and Jimmy owned Perfect Nails it was a positive friendly environment - it is not that way anymore. The atmosphere is very negative and one of the technicians talks incessantly, so much so that I have a headache when I leave. I always went there because of Lee, who did excellent pedicures. Recently, I found out that he is no longer at Perfect Nails. That was the final straw for me. I do not recommend this salon. Sad that it has lost the quality of service and positive atmosphere. read more

It was my first visit to this salon and I wasn't disappointed. I did not have an appointment yet the salon took me right in. Jimmy, the owner, did a nice job on my French acrylics/manicure and gave me a wonderful deluxe pedicure. It was a very nice experience including being served a chilled glass of Chardonnay wine while in the massage chair. I will definitely return. read more

Zero stars would be what I would choose if I could. To be fair the staff was nice to me While I was there. I witnessed the owner taking crap about a client that just left. my nails were never great unless I went to Liz, they were just rushed too much otherwise. I had an appointment one day and had to cancel right before my appointment, I called and apologized over and over and over again, I was in the hospital with my dad, which I think is a little bit more important than Nails. I let them know that, the girl on the other end made it obvious that she was irritated with Me. She hung up with me and proceeded to charge me a fee for not showing up. I reached out to management and let them know about the situation, I asked about my money being sent back to me. There was absolutely no reply. I started going to KB nails and they are absolutely amazing. They are fast and they are nice and they do good work. All I asked for was my $20 back and I would've gone to perfect nails but instead now I go to KB nails and I let everybody know what perfect nails did . So far the entire team I work with used to go to Perfect nails and now has All stopped going there because of this incident. They lost at least all of my teams' business and now have a bad name. I understand business but I don't understand lack of compassion. I will continue to share my experience as they never got back to me And I will continue to ask for my money back. I was distraught about my situation and they didn't care at all. literally all I want is my money back that wasn't spent there due to my father being in the hospital. Once you show no human decency, I am done with your company. This is just another company, they don't care and will talk down about you when you leave. i also paid way less at KB nails for the same thing. My mother-in-law and I both had spa pedicures. It was a very nice experience. This place is busy so be aware. The workers are very professional and the salon is clean. I especially loved the massage chair and warm towels they put your calves while they are painting your toes. read more

Worst nails I have ever had in my life. Two are crooked and the rest are miss shaped by the acrylic. I was told $30-$40 depending on the design and nail polish or French tips and at the end they charged me 50. I told them that was not fair and When I showed the lady the design of the Silverlining she painted on was completely miss shaped on all fingernails and how two were crooked she tried to refile them and ended up making them look worse. I pointed out that two were still crooked and she said "well your finger is crooked". I told her I had had many sets of acrylic nails before and they never have been crooked... I held up my hands and told her these were horrible and got up and left. That was my first and last time going to perfect nails. In fact I think their name is completely misleading and should be sued over it! They should rename it crappy miss shaped nails! read more

I booked an appointment for myself and my granddaughter and asked that we be seated side by side. They promised to try (I understand that it is impossible to guarantee). When we got there, my granddaughter was taken back to a chair with a promise that I would have the chair next to her in two or 3 minutes. It was more like 15 minutes at which point she was already having polish put on so we were together for maybe 3 minutes before they moved her across the room to a drying station. The $30 regular pedicure is really nothing more than a glorified polish change - which is fine if you're in a hurry and want to be in and out in about 18 minutes. If you're looking for a relaxing experience with your granddaughter, this is NOT the place. I was very disappointed. read more

The good stuff: the massage chairs are great and the owner let us use them while we were waiting for our manicures :) Nice people and clean salon. The not great: my mom and I both got clumpy sloppy gel manicures. Can't wait to have them removed. I kindly mentioned I preferred slender smooth gel mani as opposed to the dreaded lumpy stumpy awkwardness that sometimes may arise. Despite this, we both still got very uneven, unflattering lumpy nails. Mine was so bad that the tech offered to file down and attempted to fix but there was no real fixing and I did not want to put my nails through another removal process in the same day. Gel paint cured all over my cuticles. Some parts of nail missing patches of paint. Waste of time and money and now can't wait to get these gel claws off my fingers. read more

I called at 9am to make an apt. She told me to come in. When I got to Perfect nails, I was greeted an asked to sit an wait. I did. 5 min later I was asked to come sit an wait with my feet in warm water. I noticed two other ladies still waiting same as me. For about 10 minutes my feet started to get wrinkly and the water does started to get very cold. An older lady walked in and she was waved over to sit down in one of the seats. One of the nail Techs was done and she was told by owner to go over to the older lady and to work on her feet. Instead of mine. The owner looked an waved me off. I was in shock because I had already been sitting there for 10 minutes I was not OK. Was so unprofessional. I got up and left. I would never ever go back. Tried it, even with the poor reviews. I had a good pedicure and was pleased with the staff. Would have given them a better score is the deluxe pedicure came with a foot massage. They rubbed and rubbed scrub on my legs and a bit on my feet, but not what I would call a massage. My 13 year old daughter saved up her money to get her first set of acrylic nails. She was told over the phone that it would be $35. When she was asked to pay we were told it was $55. We were informed we "misheard" the price and had to pay. (The online price says $30 for a full set by the way.) We were pretty upset so we paid and left. Once in the car we noticed how bad her nails looked. I have never seen such a poor acrylic job...EVER! There was acrylic everywhere stuck on her skin, her polish job was sloppy and had hairs in it, and her acrylic was not even placed to the base of her nail or shaped properly. Some nails had blobs of acrylic that weren't filed down and shaped. Just terrible. Of course my child cried the whole way home and I didn't really know what to do. Now ALL her nails are literally breaking. It's been 11 days. I'm planning on going in tomorrow and we're asking for them to be taken off. What a HUGE disappointment. COMPLETELY dissatisfied. Sooooo upon calling and making an appointment I asked for two female nail techs for the pedicure because I had gone on yelp and read the reviews stating multiple times that Joe that works there does a horrible job and hurts people during pedicures. do you want to know what her response was to me from the owner instead of trying to say OK sure let's make you feel comfortable and we can definitely do that for you she said well since you're not comfortable you need to go somewhere else multiple times lol so to me that tells me that I made the right decision in letting her know my concerns because the way she handled it as a professional speaks volumes. I will never go there again and I found a place that got me in right away and they had perfect customer service over at star nails .I'm surprised this place has been there for 24 years because they don't know how to treat people now someone else will get my money not them. read more

I called about three weeks before to make an appt for 11 of us. My bridal party, mother in law, mother, now husband, brother and myself. All of us ladies were getting both manicures and pedicures and the guys just pedicures. I made the appt for June 29th, the day before my wedding. They got us sat in a pretty timely manner however half of the party was not very thrilled with the outcome of the service and presentation of their nails. Most got gel manicures and I (the bride) was the only one to get a full set of acrylics. There was no consistency in the service. Only half of us got any sort of rub on either arms, hands, legs or feet. We were all comparing at the end who got the most, the best or who got nothing at all. I picked out a color for my acrylics that matched my wedding and did not receive the color I picked out. I was told I could not use that color, so she picked out her own that was not even close to what I wanted. Then at the end was told she didn't understand that was the one that I wanted and was too busy to fix them so "next time". When I was getting my nails shaped (different person) I told the gentleman that they looked crooked and some where different lengths he just told me not to worry. Well, they not only stayed that way but it looked like I already had a weeks worth of grow out, the polish was very sloppy and clumpy. Then when I went to get the pedicure (different lady) she was very sweet and felt bad that I didn't like my nails and said she would ask them to fix them. I told her that not only did the lady already say she was busy and she would fix them the next time but that I had my dinner/wedding rehearsal that night and didn't have time to start over again. Even she said it frustrates her when they do that and that I absolutely should get what I asked for and am paying for. So obviously this happens often enough. I was the last one out of the salon and was one of the first to get started. I feel as though for all the business I brought in there, the fact that I and some others were not completely happy, it was my wedding the following day and my nails would be in multiple pictures, that they should have offered SOMETHING... ANYTHING. Even a gift card or a discount. I just thought that was poor customer service and super frustrating. I will not be returning. read more

I went into Perfect Nails and had my nails done today. They did not turn out well .. I have two nails that are rather translucent; they are filed at an angle and are wide at the top. I asked for coffin-shaped and ended up with awkwardly-shaped square tips. I'm not happy and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Made an appointment for 6pm, and I arrived 15 min early. When I got there, I was told that there wasn't any appointment booked for me, but that I could wait about 15 min. I ended up waiting for about 30 min until the owner told me that they wouldn't have time to fit me in that day. She told me that she could schedule me in for the following day, and I even saw her write my name down. I show up the next day, and she claims that there isn't any appointment set up for me even though I saw her write me in the previous day. Completely unprofessional. I will not be going back, and I recommend others avoid it as well. The quality of nails isn't consistent, and it they don't honor appointments. read more
